Ok you're not living in the same reality as the rest of is. That's the problem. War is always been with us and always will be with us. It's baked into our DNA as mammals who compete for territory and resources and will never, ever go away. You're not a good person because you denounce war, you're just blind to all the good That's done for you because it's lying on a premise of "violence is wrong and anyone who sanctions it is bad".

Wait are you saying war is an invention of man? In 2021? On PPD?

It's a colour gradient. The blacker the region is the more significant that rep range is for that particular adaption. The real story is that 1000 reps is pointless unless your going for a novelty performance like Guinness. Train mostly compound movements in the 3 to 20 rep range with progressive overloading. That's 80% of getting big and strong. The rest is just increasingly complicated progressive overload schemes. Do Greyskull LP.

I think we need to introduce economic class to the conversation. Broke and ugly men have it worse than broke and ugly women. Introduce money and the dynamic reverses.

It's more large and socially awkward. If you're large and ugly but socially fluid you can pull a Voltaire and talk your way to grace in a few minutes. This is also why I think this question has ambiguous answers. If you're ugly as a man but also witty, funny, charismatic, you'll have access to the same parties and social opportunities a beautiful person does, you just have to tap dance for it instead of having it given to you. I think there's a large element of heretibility and luck in those ski…

"Decided" is a stretch. If you're younger than 18 you're your parents fault.

England? The guy wasn't even ugly, just severely mentally ill. The blackpill is toxic as fuck. It's funny to realize the extent to which you're a product of your times but when I was coming up and trying to figure out how to get girls I had The Game and PUArtistry. TRP was still too remote and secluded online for a teenager to notice and I didn't have the life experience to appreciate it yet. I would have dismissed it as misogyny. I'm glad blackpill wasn't there to infect my brain. There's redem…

So what's everyone's self improvement routine? I'm lifting, doing MMA, went back to school, quitting all drugs including caffeine and nicotine, and meditating. The exercise is huge but I feel like something more could be added.

He has potential but he has to be fit. No other way. If he had a jaw he'd go up a couple points.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
