–	Breaking the "nice guy" mindset I try to mansplain (using this word ironically btw) why I do it whenever this happens. I mention that it's more about the techniques that you pick up from boxing, like finding balance, learning how to pivot the weight of your body to strike with force and so forth, and less about aggression.
