Doesn’t sound like she is into you. I don’t think a list of demands or rules is going to change that. Sorry bud, I’m hoping the best for you.

Hang in there brother! Take some time to figure out what’s going on with you. Make it the priority. As with everything: this too shall pass.

I agree with keencone. Trying to convince her won’t work. We all have a different threshold for how many times we need to bash our head against the wall. I have a very high number. Hopefully yours is lower. If you really want her back, you probably need to let her go. She hasn’t fully felt the separation from you because she knows you are there wanting her back. Turn your focus to yourself and become the person you want to be. If down the road that makes her want you back then great, but my gues…

I think you can get the jist of the book in a paragraph or two. Basically you can only care about so many things. It’s an easy listen (I listened to it on audible).

hang in there. It will be hard and painful. But that doesn’t mean that you can’t have a wonderful life. Even during the divorce. Nobody wins in divorce, to me divorce is usually the way to minimize long term losses. The best thing to be aware of is to stay away from bitterness. I’ve heard the saying “divorce is expensive because it’s worth it”. Everybody wants the happily ever after but that isn’t always reality. If a marriage isn’t working, getting your peace back is what makes it worth it.

I agree. If the roles were reversed she would have been gone a long time ago.

Good point! How do I get her to leave my house? I think that’s where I struggle. If I could leave I could just pack up my stuff and leave. I seem to end up with women that don’t want to leave the relationship.

Thanks for the comment. I can say I have had a similar conversation with her 3 or 4 maybe 10 times over the last year. As I wrote that I realized how big of an idiot I’ve been expecting things to get better. 🤦‍♂️

Thanks for the comments. It’s true, you can only do so much to try to make things better. Hang in there

Thanks for the advice. She has a kid in the house who I love but lately it seems as if neither of them want me around

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
