I wish the best for you brother. I met with the county guardian ad litem last week. They are "deeply concerned" about all the evidence I have. And they are not happy with the judge for not allowing me to show it in court. So things are working out for me.

I forgot to mention early, the bank account(s) she has in the Philippines, according to her don't exist. I know for fact that she has one. Plus she sends $150-700 a month there since we got married. She also has property there that she received after we got married, that she claims doesn't exist. She has told 5 people about this stuff that are will to testify in court she has said it.

You most no have much experience with divorces. Every divorce from the moment the filing is complete puts an order that nothing can be sold damaged or be allowed to be damaged or sold or taken by anyone. For any reason. Until all marital property has been legally divided. I cannot even give up the truck legally until the divorce is completely done. So no it is not an unusual order. And her lawyer never said the judge did.

She was offered $16hr starting. If that's "very low" to you I never want to go to where you live. Because that's over twice the minimum wage here. And that was starting. My cousin has worked in many jobs similar to this one. And she said they pay quite well. And the 16 an hour had nothing to do with my cousin getting her the job had to do with my wifes knowledge and experience in the field.

And my state takes child support and spousal maintenance directly from the source of the income. The part about garnishment is a federal law put in effect by Congress which overrides any state law. If the judge were to try to force me to pay VA money or even order me to pay any of it she would be in violation of the federal law, which I'm not quite sure but I'm pretty sure that's bad....

Like I said I'm running on little sleep. I should have mentioned that the schooling credits were in the Philippines. So not all of it, if any, will transfer over. My 2 years of criminal justice would be faster. Now when I say her credits wont be transferred over, I mean for another school. Work wise on the other hand they do transfer over, for the most part. Social Security and VA income is an unearned income. The income cannot be used against me or garnished because of two of the many reasons that disqualifies it for being garnished.
