2	I've seen the Presidential debate compared to a lot of things: the circus, Facebook fights, wild animals attacking each other.... But this is what really got me. I think every woman has at least one story of arguing with a piece of shit NVM like Trump. Watching it was like an out of body experience Narcissism is, very simplified, a complete lack of empathy. My understanding from what I've read is it has to do with the formative years. Males are encouraged or flat out told to repress emotions. You can't form empathy for others if you don't understand your own emotions. 22	Stay aware This is textbook Narcissistic abuse. Love bombing is the 1st part of the cycle followed by the devalue and discard phases. The last stage is known as hoovering. As in, they change behavior briefly to suck you back in so they can start the cycle all over again. This isnt just a red flag, it's a flashing neon sign the size of a billboard.
