Wage gap is a lie. The reason why men get payed more in jobs like construction, is because men do the job more efficiently and quickly. That's it. If a women was to have the same performance as their male workmates. Boom pay rise no wage gap. But cause female construction workers are rare, and most men will beat them in efficiency, why would you pay someone more or the same amount as this guy, when your doing worse than that guy.
