This is a great breakdown. Rejection is 100% normal. A nice reframe is coming from the angle of “Are we a match?” If not, move along and helps me to not take it personally. Also socializing is simply a numbers game

In the following scenario: Target is into you and friends are neutral. Tell the target to tell her friends you guys are going outside or whatever. Their will be no resistance if it comes from her

Go to a local improv comedy show before and you will be showered with good/laughing energy - see if you can continue to ride that wave Give yourself a pat on the back for even doing an approach, even if rejected. Most people won’t dare to step out of the simulation Try more challenging groups. Multiple girls, mixed groups and guy/girl. Come from the frame of being social and not on the prowl My favorite one: I treat my life as one big comedy routine ( I dabble in Stand Up/Improv). I use it as a …

I think it could work but recommend against it. It would also create its own set of obstacles, even if it may make some things easier. I like to think of it as living an authentic and congruent lifestyle. Approaching life this way will ultimately help you in all areas, including dating.

If this a legit question I do have some advice. Keep a journal/notes in your phone of Magic Moments as Tony Robbins would call them -Funny things that happened in your life -Funny movie/tv/internet clips -Times you felt like a winner/accomplished -Times you helped people -General good moments from your life This will help you smile if your struggling

I do agree that it’s not a good idea to turn your back on a potential violent threat. Generally if someone is trying to clown they aren’t going to be aggressive from the jump. I’m not even advocating for a full turn away from the dude - enough to keep them in your periphery and lots of dudes will melt when they don’t get to reaction they are seeking. It always depends on the context of the situation and if a dude wants to 1 v 1 - I’m looking for an exit strategy first and foremost

Think Jeffy recommends a quick acknowledgment “Awesome dude” then put your focus back on girl/group. I would also recommend turning body away from him. Largely situation dependent as well. Another tactic is to compliment him “I like your style” and try to bait him into bragging about his job, talent, clothes, body whatever… Also if dude is becoming aggressive/violent not worth losing a tooth or risking another injury for a girl you barely know

*Also approaching groups or more challenging sets can certainly be a good exercise and can build confidence/teach valuable lessons on socializing. I’m coming from the angle of putting the odds in your favor. I have heard echoed from many of the greats they are approaching girls that are “choosing them” or looking for the 1 girl out of 20 that has super high interest. Something that should be pretty apparent sooner rather than later

I have internalized the habit of smiling. It may be incongruent or feel forced at first. Smile at people you encounter at work , at the store, pretty much everywhere you go. 9 times out of 10 people smile back - I think it’s a biological or evolutionary response mechanism. It will generally keep you in a better mood and radiating good energy is critical when becoming more charismatic and displaying Honest Signals ( The Self Is Always Shining Thru) It can also become the first way to say Hi to a …

Lower the bar of how good something has to be to come out of your mouth. Basically don’t filter so much *Do filter racist/sexist/toxic/hateful thoughts - for most people this shouldn’t be a common occurrence but we are all human and have dark thoughts sometimes too. This is a great practice to internalize in all interactions when socializing(women & men)

Yes⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️ I like to say “you’re giving New York City vibes” or switch out location and/or attribute Also something tells me you have an interesting job/major etc.. Key takeaways are the beginning of sentence “You’re giving/Something tells me”..many more like them Try to speak in statements more than questions. Questions certainly can be fine but don’t overdo them. Learn to talk and be excited/passionate about what you want to talk about and other people will be engaged as well.
