With the exception of careers where your gender plays a direct role (like sports or dancing), yes, all of it. Even sorting wages by college major narrows the gap down to about $0.02, and when you start accounting for factors like hours worked, optional overtime, additional qualifications, and time with a company, those two cents of difference quickly fade away.

There certainly are people in the community who are woman hating, but I've found that as a whole, it tends to be pretty moderate minded, supporting actual equality and equal treatment among people of all genders. Also, as a subreddit focused on humor and a-holes getting their commupance, it seems to soothe feelings of anger and resentment among members, instead of just acting as a feedback loop for rage like so many other "men's rights" communities have wound up doing.
