Asking out women who are doing a customer service job the signals must be blatant else it's not fair to put them on the spot when they're being professional. As for cold approaching in pubs and clubs covid restrictions prevent that for the moment. I don't cold approach on the street anymore as most women are just looking to be somewhere. The energy and mental cost of it isn't worth it for the numbers you have to put in, maybe times changed.
