Because everyone is sucking the mainstream media sack. I tried to get my best friend to check it out and surprise! He called me a Nazi. That word has lost all it's meaning. Everyone on TRP said not to do it, but I thought NAFALT. Jokes on me.

It's obviously a joke. She sounds cool. Girls are going to have other guys numbers in their phones. As long as she isn't acting shady, lying and hanging out with them alone as "just friends", you're all good. Don't bring it up again. As long as you keep in mind AWALT, abundance mentality and that she's not yours, it's just your turn.

Yeah for sure. I guess it depends on your situation. As a fat fuck with diabetes, I need carbs like I need a hole in the head. I've lost 33 pounds in three months with keto, and no longer need insulin. The muscles are starting to peek through the fat!

This guy knows what the fuck is up. Since I went keto I stopped even craving carbs or sweets in a very short time. Sugar is a drug my friend, after a short detox you'll feel like a million bucks. Your dick will be harder, you'll have more energy, and you'll get the body you want. Don't listen to doctors and health professionals who tell you that you need "wholesome healthy grains" etc. You don't. There's some great subreddits on keto, ketorecipes, and intermittentfasting.

You define next however you want. Next to me means "on to the next girl." As in, I will let this one go and focus on the next one. This isn't working? Next!

This also applies to men, older women, anyone really. Developing the ability to look people in the eye and engage with them on a personal level. The more old ladies you chat to in line, the more experience you gain for approaching girls.

I got up early on the morning of my birthday a few years ago and googled the best way to kill myself. Looking back it seems so crazy, but at the time it all seemed so normal and workmanlike in the planning. This is the true power of The Red Pill. It's not about smashing bitches. It's all about that frame. A shield from so many of life's (shit) tests. I still struggle sometimes, but compared to my pre-pill self, I'm a goddamn bulletproof rockstar. This so called "hate" sub has literally saved liv…

"Traditional masculinity ideology – which the APA says includes elements of "anti-femininity, achievement, eschewal of the appearance of weakness, and adventure, risk, and violence" – can be psychologically harmful to men and boys." APA literally says achievement and adventure can be psychologically harmful to men.

I have never read any Paul Elam articles. His articulate words in The Red Pill are enough to make me a fan. Does an imperfect delivery of his message negate his impact, as one of the few willing to stand up and say, "this is wrong and here's why." He has courage. He's not Gay Lube Oil. He's Paul Motherfucking Elam. And he has something to say. Jordan Peterson. On numerous occasions he has publicly stated that upon reflection he was wrong. A real man listens to opposing arguments and reflects on …

I've just started lifting. I have an ankle issue which means leg days are essentially out for me at the moment. I would love to go to the gym every day, because after I go the next day I am rearing to go but can't because of "rest days." Then after a rest I find it difficult to drag myself to the gym. If I could figure out a way to go every day that would be awesome. I work out individual muscle groups at each session, but there is some overlap so I don't want to overdo it. Any suggestions?

I have tried but unfortunately it doesn't get through. When confronted, she doubles down on the victim mentality or goes on the attack. I've had to let it go. It's my Dad's problem. I try to help him and he ends up resenting me for "being mean" to Mom and inadvertently pointing out his weakness. It's a lose-lose. Just gotta take the lesson with me to my own relationships.

What's are some examples of being vague when asked about your job? Seems like it's one of the first questions people ask about you.

“Humans carry around legacy behaviors and biases, jerry-rigged holdovers from earlier stages of evolution that follow their own obsolete rules. What seem like erratic, irrational choices are, in fact, strategies created long ago for solving other kinds of problems. We’re all trapped in the bodies of sly, social-climbing opportunists shaped to survive the savanna by policing each other. For days, the book carries him along in a happy stupor. Armed with the patterns the book reveals, he imagines h…
