There's alot of ambiguity around rejection tho. Sometimes you can reject guys in the nicest way possible but.. rejection is rejection. Everyone takes it very differently. I don't know how you provide constructive feedback to someone who approaches you. "Hey that's really nice of you to ask me out but I'm not interested, I think you'd have better luck if you didn't wear that shirt or if you did something with your hair". Then you're right back to being demeaning and shaming the person. Men need t…

That money is somehow the biggest motivating factor in whether or not we'll be interested. When my boyfriend got laid off during covid I never once thought "I need to leave this bum". That was the best I ever felt because I felt needed. Feeling pride in being a provider isn't a masculine feeling its a human feeling.

You're more likely to get advice on characteristics needed for sustaining a relationship rather than short term dating. I may notice a guy because of one thing but I'm likely to be attracted to a guy for something less superficial. I see the narrative alot about how guys struggle with dating but there are many who don't. Some things need to be intuitive and you have to be willing to learn through your own real life experiences. If you're 5-10 years deep and still struggling then maybe the proble…

Women shoot their shot, all the time. I hear this generalisation from men constantly that "women don't approach men" just because they've never been approached by one. For me personally, i wouldn't walk up to a guy and invite him out on a date because I don't like being asked on dates. Being asked on a date in the modern dating world is starting to mean "let's eat and kill time before we make it sexual" or at least that's the hope/ expectation is most cases. It's easier to be covert about expres…

Most of those accounts are fake tbh. If you tap the profiles they exclusively post content about the trial and the karma points are low. Also it's the same persons posting and commenting. Does very little to damage control tbh because every opinion there is still written off as crazy talk.

I want this reply further to the top because it's the best reply here. People love to live in this made up place with expensive problems.

It's definitely my goal. We both put the work in to maintain what we have because outside of caring for each other we mutually feel like it's counterproductive to breakup with someone over minor issues because you'll have arguments with anyone. When you start to blend your finances, goals, families etc. it becomes easier to fight for the relationship to work.

Dated this guy briefly, I was picking up a hobby and I met him through a club (he was insanely good at it). It was going well for me until he started projecting insecurities about dating me. He'd ask me constantly what I found most attractive about him, what's my favourite thing about dating him etc. and the conversations dragged. My ex and I were still friends at the time (friends for 10 years) and he was very jealous of him and asked me to stop speaking to him. We were just casually dating in …

It's like tagging something under the "experience" section of a resume. When guys hit on women the default is to flex any material things they own like offering to take them for a drive if they own a nice car. It's just projecting the social standard that women value material things at a base level. Women do the same with sex.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
