If the population means are the same, and they are in the figure, then the overall mean between each of the two groups you have leftover will be still be the same. BUT ... If you took the bottom 20% of each group, though, then the men will have a lower average IQ in that group compared to the woman's. It'll be the opposite if you take the top 20% of men and women. Then men will have the higher average in that group.

Sort out the ones who have made independent, original fundamental contributions to their field, that's their own personal individual work, that they've published in known established high impact journals as first authors. Interesting. I've been in tech for almost three decades and a real problem with hiring is that we are often forced to hire strictly on technical merit. We cannot select for ability to work well with other people, not to steal, not to commit fraud, not undermine the company for personal gain. And then there's the women. When I was starting out there women in tech, of course. And they dug in and worked just as hard as the men. And they were respected. Today they've had so much special consideration and support through their whole lives they're insufferable to work with. Just toxic and disruptive to work groups. I have a small company of my own and hire on contract if it's possible and hire full time staff only after careful and long vetting. Plus a slow to hire/quick to fire policy.
