I also could not care less about these "gender days." It's cringey as hell. I mean I do think it's unfair that nobody cares about men's day as much, but I wish people just stopped seeing the world through a gendered lens altogether. Isn't that what true egalitarianism is anyway? It doesn't make sense to celebrate half of the human population as if it's an individual.

Exactly. She stood up to Chuck and Lalo Salamanca himself. I'd go so far as saying even Skyler wasn't abused. Walt wasn't a good guy, but he didn't abuse his family. Maybe so, but pointing that out helps nobody. I don't see why it matters. It's only going to be used as an excuse to perpetuate misandry. Most men don't do it maliciously and will respect your personal space if you simply ask them to. But when you have strong victim complex, you'll demonize half the population of the planet just because of few men that intruded your personal space.

It's unnecessarily gendered. Spreading legs in public isn't exclusively something men do or have a higher tendency to do. Men and women both can be spatially unintelligent, but the term manspreading gives the impression that men are more likely to be intrusive. I also think mansplaining is an equally misandrist term.

Thank you for making this post. Although the internet in general hates men, Reddit really stands out in terms of toxicity. It's the only social media platform I use, and it's frustrating to see how gynocentric and misandrist it is. Same in my country. I've personally seen male students get physically punished over the pettiest things by this one particular male teacher, in grade 12 no less- which was a year ago. Even if it wasn't a frequent occurring, nobody ever stood up to the guy or cared much about what he did. I feel repulsed by the right and patriarchy, and I feel hated and alienated by the left and feminism. You just explained my feelings better than I could ever have. I always say this: The far left and the far right are two sides of the same coin. I wish the left realized how hypocritical and counter-intuitive their radicalism is.
