Sorry for any confusion caused. I will try to be more clear. The question is more like "Do you want someone who is pressured into having sex, and gives tacit or actual consent, for whatever reason, to have no recourse for being forced to have sex." Or, even simpler, is it okay for you to force someone to have sex with you if they do not say no. Whether they were forced physically, emotionally, legally, threatened, whatever. I would, personally, view it as ok for any man who had been placed in a situation, when under the affects of alcohol or other mind altering substances, where they were pressured into sex such as that they saw it as their only option and were being "forced into it", to call that rape and go through the legal channels.
