This might not matter considering the computer illiteracy of the court system, but SMS messages can easily be faked if they're just stored on your phone or screenshotted. You can go to your cell provider and look up the metadata of the text message to confirm the time/date of the texts but they don't store content really. I've been looking for some third party service that handles your SMS messages and stores them on the cloud, so you have proof you didn't just add a database entry to your phone…

Look that's just irresponsible. You need only do a quick google search of forums of depressed people who go through several antidepressants that don't work. And how waiting for the drugs to kick in (or maybe won't) is terrible. There's no shortage of drugs that won't work for any given person, so why give them something you know won't work? I don't doubt a placebo will work for people who think they're depressed, but not for someone who has the real deal.
