Let's remember that these women are doing the best that they can do with the physical attributes they possess. Regardless of the comparison to men it's good that they are doing what they love, and trying to get better at it every day. I feel like people complain about "do nothing chicks," and then in the same breath mock women's sports. These chicks are bad ass and I respect their effort.

I agree. But I also believe that lots of short guys obviously have amazing personalities, but that if they're competing against a taller guy with similar traits, they're probably not going to get the girl. That being said I have a few short friends that absolutely slay. It all about confidence.
