| 1 | Kino escalation is problematic for mei think that's an issue i have with a lot of this stuff: for the people that are "teaching" it, it comes naturally.....so for the rest of us..... | 1 | Do you believe in free will?It's just a matter of perspective. I've only just really began to internalize this, and I have say, it's pretty damn liberating. I second the meditation as well. It really helped me appreciate my own self worth and develop a stronger feeling of compassion towards others, especially in situations where I previously would have responded in anger.
