| 1 | Kino escalation is problematic for mei think that's an issue i have with a lot of this stuff: for the people that are "teaching" it, it comes naturally.....so for the rest of us..... There is no "us" (naturally inept) and "them" (naturally gifted). You're distancing yourself from your goal with a pretty shitty, albeit commonly used, excuse. | 1 | Do you believe in free will?It's just a matter of perspective. I've only just really began to internalize this, and I have say, it's pretty damn liberating. I second the meditation as well. It really helped me appreciate my own self worth and develop a stronger feeling of compassion towards others, especially in situations where I previously would have responded in anger.
