Any college should be embarrassed to be represented by an amateur porn actress. Ha ha, true. But the folks at Columbia are safe in their ivory tower. BTW is this "chick" a tranny? Cause the first time I saw her that was my first thought.

Hey my community college propelled my into a 4 year school and a decent education. Don't knock community colleges. They're as useful as you are serious about an education.

Nobody cares about the rules of sharia is what I meant. The correct decision was made; she doesn't get to modify the rules of the society she chose to adopt. She can go back to whatever shit hole sandbox she came from if she wants gender segregation. Challenging a false narrative often times requires that you be obnoxious if for no other reason than the people who drank the kool aid can't handle the resulting cognitive dissonance, which results in a knee jerk censorship reaction.

The charges were dropped so they're back on neutral ground. If she decides to just go away then I'd agree that it's not wise to poke a sleeping tiger. If she decides she's only just started fucking with him, he needs the courts and police to understand what he's dealing with. That's IMO.

Do NOT try to get a restraining order because it will just piss her off and escalate things further -- meaning he stands to be hurt a lot more. I've never been in a situation like this before but what you offered sounds like bad advice. The first one taking out a restraining order is like the first one to call the police; they have momentum on their side. If he was granted a restraining order it would: a) show that a judge believed she was dangerous/crazy and a threat to him b) give him an edge …

/r/MensRights05/03/15 11:38 PM

No not really. I'm well aware that the world is far more nuanced than simply splitting into liberal and conservative categories. And, generally speaking, I take each person as the come, regardless of race, sexual preference, religion, etc, etc. One can hold conservative views regarding the necessity of incarcerating violent, anti social people and still see the grey areas in life. I believe that it's extremely rare for a leopard to change its spots.

Yes is does. It's been shown (no I don't care to google it) that liberals and conservatives see the world in fundamentally different ways. This is liberal, bleeding heart bullshit. I'm against the death penalty though.

Another reason for the second amendment. When the NG is used as a tool to suppress dissent, the people (the same people that have the right to keep and bear arms) have a means of fighting back. I say this as someone who has no dog in this hunt. I don't own guns and I don't care to. I do understand why people feel so passionate about it though.
/r/MensRights29/01/15 11:51 PM
1

You feel bad for someone who held a gun to another person's head on a lark? ....alright then. Not really. I was playing to the Reddit crowd. Seventeen, pregnant, messing with drugs and guns. I hate to say it but there wasn't much good coming her way anyway. It is sad, but only because she likely grew up in poverty without much of a family life. She probably never had much of a chance.
/r/MensRights29/01/15 12:27 AM

There are almost as many guns in the US as there are people. The gun control ship has already sailed and the US wasn't on it. I hate to use such an old cliche but if you outlaw guns only outlaws (including Fast and Furious Eric Holder) will have guns.

Every year he is seen by a psychiatrist to check he hasn't gone nuts, a You have to be checked by a psychiatrist every year to own a gun? I wonder how it feels to be a bitch of the state.

/r/MensRights28/01/15 11:26 PM

Well, yes, many are registered. They can trace the serial number back to the seller who can usually tie it to a particular buyer. So the gun control crowd has already started the long slow process of disarming US citizens. There are, however, loopholes to the registration process. I could inherit a gun from my parents that's not registered. I could buy a gun at a gun sale or through a private seller that would not be registered. Or if I'm a criminal I can easily get a hot gun that's been stolen …

Dude, you don't get the US at all. You're from either Europe or Australia I'm guessing. We have a second amendment to the Constitution. This country explicitly enumerated a right for the average citizen to own guns. Any attempt at registration or tracking is seen as the first step toward confiscation by the government. Some sates are already doing this. The right to own guns is deeply embedded in our consciousness and many rail against government interference. Personally I'd rather take my chanc…

Not everyone knows that a chamber holds a bullet. It really depends on how familiar you are with guns. That being said, you never point a gun at something you don't want to shoot. And what the fuck is she doing with a gun at 17? Fucked up all around.

I didn't say it was her Xanax she took so I'm not sure if that's correct. Maybe she just didn't want him taking Xanax. Either way, she's seventeen and pregnant. Probably didn't have much of a future anyway.
/r/MensRights28/01/15 02:03 AM

It might. My guess is she was in shock, panicked and tried to cover it up. The DA took pity on her. She probably lied to police for all of 5 minutes before breaking down and admitting what happened. Imagine how horrible she feels for killing her boyfriend. A seventeen year old kid who's probably thinking her life is over. Maybe it's a pussypass, IDK. Either way I feel bad for her.

It is manslaughter. She removed the magazine thinking that would empty the gun of all bullets. She was obviously trying to scare him or just messing with him. It's sad, that's all.

Yes I believe that is exactly what happened. Cuomo shut down the Moorland Commission not too long after he created it. The believable speculation is that they were uncovering a lot of corruption and it probably leads right back to Cuomo "the bully", as he is known. It would be fantastic if Silver rolls on Cuomo but I don't think that's going to happen. He will be given a plea bargain which amounts to a fine and have to relinquish his political career. The NYS Legislature is the most corrupt in t…

The problem is, he's been doing this for decades. Why was he indicted now? It's the same thing that happened to Eliot Spitzer. He was making a lot of waves about Wall Street corruption and was targeted by powerful people behind the scenes.

I'm not condoning this guy shooting someone who was running away. The bottom line is the US has guns. Almost as many as people. They're not going anywhere soon. Eventually the central planners (read fascists, communists, globalists) will succeed in hollowing out our Constitution to the point of complete gun control. Just not in my lifetime. Personally I want the option to protect myself if need be. If you make guns illegal, the same people who use them now to commit crime will use them then. The…

One could argue that if he let them go, they would almost assuredly be back for a fourth go of it. At what point can a serial victim stand up for themselves? Executing someone is cold blooded and I don't condone what he did but I also haven't been robbed by the same people three times in a row. Not sure how I would act or what a jury of my peers should consider mitigating factors. I think this guy just had enough shit for one lifetime.
