The gay overtures is favorable compared to the stupid eye dance shit you gotta do to make it look like you're not looking at the girl doing ass spreaders in the gym.

I swear black and white thinking makes me so confused in this situation. Cause I'm told that women have all the agency to do all the decisions for their own reason, up until the moment that the decision is the least bit divisive or difficult. At that point they are whisked in the direction of the invisible hand of patriarchy to the point where their very survival was at stake.

Well the problem lies i feel in the idea that alot of the anti male and really harmful rhetoric is coming from left wing places. There are many harmful right wing ideals, but they haven't held nearly as much social power as they used to so most men are not really exposed to it as much, and don't really have the societal pressure to conform to those standards. Like to give you an idea, a lot of the time, I don't go looking for these "men bad" articles and posts, but I somehow run into them alot d…

You said the same thing in many other threads. Being left wing doesn't mean we don't criticize the left when they are pushing shit like this. Being critical of one's own group is necessary for it to grow.

People don't get that being this sorry of advocate isn't the bare minimum. Going out of your way to be an ally to these people (whatever you take that to mean and) is essentially based on the kindness of your heart. In the base level this is a person who is defending people he doesn't know, that are a part of a group he doesn't belong too. That isn't bare minimum. Because he could just as easily not do those things and live a long life.

A weird phenomenon that ive seen that somehow validates me is when i see ftm dating women, and when they complain about it. I guess when your complaints get invalidated for so long, seeing someone literally cross over and look at it from your perspective finally gives a fresh eye to your complaints. Because alot of the time, with most our complaints, the response always becomes that we are deficient.

As a man I was pulled over once. He asked me why I was going so fast and I told him I'm far from my place and i needed to take a dump. Then he saw me do that thing where you tense up trying to hold the dump in and he left me off with a warning and "God speed"

One of the things I've hated is that some women claim that men are obsessed with sex, but then start to reduce men to sex and sexuality. Either women won't fuck you, or you can't please women is pretty much a go to insult for some of these people, and the reason is simple. As much as they talk about abolishing toxic norms, they cannot separate from the fact that they judge men by how well he performs sexually. I've been virgin shamed before, and the implication is that somehow I must have been s…

For some reason I had my notifications off. But for the most part I do mean straight women. Bi women seem to suffering a bit in the same department. Some of the stories I've heard from them about the treatment they get from "gold star lesbians" is very similar to how i get treated. I think my point was more towards women who tout themselves as progressive, who then turn around and have this antiquated view of bisexuality. Like yeah conservative women said this before, but honestly it would be we…

The transitioning question is odd because its an extremely sensitive question. But I do sometimes want to ask, "did you transition because you wanted to be a woman, or because you didn't want to be a man?" I've always wondered if someone who has been systematically beat down by the society at large and told at the same time that they deserve no sympathy, could see transitioning as a way out.

Its either because their jokes cause "no real world harm" or "men started it first" or things like that. I've heard more than my fair share of things like that. Its happening in alot of younger queer spaces where anything Inherently masculine is looked at with this side eye stare, making gay, bi, pan, and ace boys not be able to assert their masculinity and their sexuality hand in hand, and it hurts .

I hope people can take from my rant post that I don't mean all women. I wrote this in one shot without necessary qualifiers but I do hope people understand that this was a general experience in my life that I needed to get off my chest

It also comes from the fact that to many women, liking men is a feminine thing to do, a female trait. So if you like men, you're less of a man, no idea ands or buts. And I definitely felt that, entitlement maybe? Like when you talked about women going crazy when not getting sex i could go about my experience for a tale of two cities worth of pages.

It gets me cause it is so insanely hypocritical and poison. Its like luring someone into a false sense of security before kicking them in the teeth. In all other forms I'm a masculine guy, I don't have stereotypical bi or gay mannerisms. So its to the point of hilarity that the women who disavow patriarchy in all forms unconsciously uphold it and somehow won't take a look at their own behavior

I wrote it in a rant like form cause honestly it was bubbling in my head for a long time. For it to be even coherent surprised me reading back. But yeah I think just writing it down helped me let go of this stone of anger I have a bit. I guess its more because I prefer hatred towards me to be straight forward

I kind of use women as a catch all term but you're right. Honestly this was a rant more than anything else and I felt like this was the place I can tell somebody without the overwhelming feeling of intrusion.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
