| 1 | What are some examples of extremely common beta behavior you see?When put on the spot for wrongdoing, they will become defensive and either blame others, make a ton of excuses, and/or wallow in self-pity in hopes that you will feel bad for them and reconsider any negative judgements. There are some exceptions to this, since some “betas” are in a position of power, but for the most part an “alpha” will have enough self confidence to take responsibility for his actions, even if he is seen negatively as a result.
