Concur. The entire concept of civil court just means legal crime for rich people. All court should be criminal. You file a lawsuit and if you win your opponent gets prosecuted appropriately. There should be no private lawyers. No plea deals. And trials should continue until resolution no matter what for the benefit of the record and all society.

I completely get that all who do evil are suffering, but there are limits to what can be done in a given context. And when parsing your options net impact needs to be considered.
