If after you’ve done a month you don’t feel you had to resist that much, then you’re not one of the addicted types, go on your life freely fapping once a week or so. If you are one of the addictive types however like I am, I recommend stopping completely. Thanks mate, that's what I'm doing and I'm already fogging. If it's for you, then do it, if it's not then great. The NoFap "community" is useless. That's pretty much my opinion. Also, the whole "get a counter" thing is detrimental.
