11	She might accidentally kill you My ex-wife when we first met was impressed that I seem to know the answer to any question someone asked. Eventually that changed to "don't you just hate that he's always right?". After that, it seems she was always trying to set me up to make a mistake and would go to relentless lengths just to catch me being wrong somehow. 0	Help Why Spain though? Is that where you are originally from? Custody cases are notoriously difficult even if you're in the same city. Moving away is choosing to make a difficult situation infinitely more difficult. If the child is born and raised in Washington then it's a very uphill battle convice a court that moving her across the world is what's best. 1	Help If you leave and move to the complete opposite side of the planet, that's on you. That guy you don't want your daughter around lives 9,000 miles closer to her than you do. I'm sure there's reasons you went to Spain instead of moving elsewhere in the same city, but regardless your current location puts you in a big disadvantage. 6	Are these good enough reasons for me (31M) to divorce my wife (31F)? Don't have kids with her otherwise more lives will be ruined. 2	What do you do in an impossible situation? Hindsight i should have. Prior that massive order my sales were mostly on the threshold of where it's still easier to remain sole proprietorship vs llc. There wouldn't have been anyway to hide the actual order though. Multiple 18-wheelers full loads of glass. Actually hindsight i would have just referred the job to one my competitors and just get a decent commission from it instead of doing entire project. 2	What do you do in an impossible situation? There is a weird sense of freedom being in a hopeless situation. Most people worry about loosing what they have. Currently i have lost more than i may potentially ever have.. if i work 120 hours per week or zero hours per week mathematically/legally i could still be jailed... so in some ways it doesn't really matter what i do at this point.	/r/Divorce_Men	04/06/23 03:57 PM

Psychologically i think that her outlook - she probably has some jealously of my talents to earn money doing something i enjoy - a source of satisfaction outside of her control - so her crushing that is her way of 'winning'. There's a good saying describing her type, "she's not happy until you're not happy". It's absurd. 1	What do you do in an impossible situation? Yeah the accrued debt is the problem. Even if the courts reversed it now to where she is paying me it wouldn't even come close to fixing the tax debts, etc. Doom and gloom is a terrible lifestyle. 2	What do you do in an impossible situation? I was jailed once, in 2016. Afterwards that was when i pretty much stopped paying taxes: IRS sends letters in mail vs family court sends handcuffs, so guess who is getting paid first. But IRS is a bomb waiting to go off. But the fear of jail sucks. It's a weird fear because it's not like they currently have a warrent to arrest me, but i also know that if the courts want to cash in their chips then they could confiscate everything i have and still jail me indefinitely. 1	What do you do in an impossible situation? The assumption of predictable income works reasonably well for most people, if the roughly make the same income per year. In my situation it depends on sales - which could be double or half of previous year. Frustrating because she literally paid tons of money to lawyers to effectively dismantle my income ability. Literally killed the golden goose wanting to cut it open to get all the eggs at once instead of just letting it continually lay eggs. 3	What do you do in an impossible situation? Uber wouldn't even pay enough to keep up with interest payments on the debt. I make more money doing my artwork than any normal job i could get, and i literally work every moment i can stay awake. I do have a long-shot idea I've been working on.
