Its not a female thing. I get in this debate with my 67 year old father. He is a very rational and logical person, but he wont budge over his GPS usage. Yea.. I got into counting calories years ago. Ive gotten pretty good at estimating how many I consume each day and I know Im generally way under 3500. Probably more like 2000-2500. Its not a magic metabolism, but my body naturally doesnt want anymore calories. I cant force anymore down. It was really difficult to get 3000 calories in. I got on some appetite stimulants when I picked up that weight. It was night and day difference. I wanted to eat all the time and my body wasnt rejecting the food.…

6'1.. I weighted 142... A year ago and a half ago I got up to 163. Huge difference. No one called me skinny anymore. It wasn't all muscle, but I noticed positive difference in every aspect.
