Because sometimes you are being forced to use a specific language. For example, in the UK, rape is defined as "penetrating with a penis". So legally speaking, a women cannot rape somebody and a newspaper calling a women a rapist could mean legal repercussions. Not defending this kind of behavior, just giving an example for why such things can happen.

We have a general problem of European countries being too generous with immigrants who clearly do not want to follow western law and morales. That's also where religion comes into play, like islamists calling for sharia law in countries they immigrated to, so called "honor killings" etc and a lot of people feel like our governments are way too soft on those people with deportations taking way too long.

I think it becomes relevant the moment an immigrant (eg someone who is not a citizen of the country they are living in) does a crime and does not get kicked out of the country for it. That's what a lot of people are pissed about. Some are simply racist of course.

Are we supposed to rage over a hypothetical situation now? Yes, the clichee is that satisfying sex is kind of the men's responsibility and that sucks. But in reality, I have never experienced a women being annoyed or ungrateful as long as you try. Most women know when they are a challenge to make orgasm and appreciate you trying. Just don't be a selfish dick, ask her what she likes, use your fingers and tongue if she's into it. Maybe even encourage her to play with herself while you are doing so…

There are more laws to consent than just age. In some countries it's illegal if one of the persons involved is underage and the other is not. Then there is the discrepancy in power. For example, sex between prison inmates and guards is always illegal, even though they are all adults and no matter if the inmate wanted it. Same is true for teachers and students and that's how it should be. Teens are stupid and need to be protected from predators, no matter what they think they want in that moment.

Because everything nowadays is the mens fault. Google "my wife yells at me" vs "my husband yells at me" and you'll instantly see it. Similar in sex. If she doesn't get wet it's the men's fault. If he doesn't get hard it's also the men's fault. It's just how society works nowadays.

I don't know about the actual numbers but it is a fact that women abuse men mostly on a psychological level, which is near impossible to prove, while men are often violent which is very easy to prove if it actually happened (which isn't the case in the AH vs JD trial)

It's even worse, one lawyer said that per legal definition it's already abuse when you are violent in the same room as your spouse. The violence does not have to be directed against your spouse, they just need to be present and there is a video of JD kicking the wall or something which would already count as domestic abuse. On the other hand there are still a lot of judges/psychologist who don't believe a man can be abused by a woman at all. It's alle fucked up

I would really like to know more about the grading issue. Is it really a sexist issue or is it just that since the majority of teachers teaching classes where grading is more subjective (languages, art) are female they tend to agree more with the presentation of other females.
