3	BREATHE. Breathing from the stomach is correct. I'm a singer, and that is how we're trained to breathe; you get more power and volume (and therefore more oxygen) from breathing from the stomach than from the chest. And regarding holding your breath, it's not just gaming: people sometimes concentrate so hard on something - it can be practically anything - that they unconsciously stop breathing.
