It is the problem with not knowing the law, toxic feminism and bribes. Most cops don't know the law. These feminists take advantage of this situation and demand money from other party to withdraw the cases. Now, police comes into play because they act as middle men. Read on. According to the article, she denied having made any of the accusations. Sounds like the police just decided to prosecute him for rape, almost. That's what police in India and do. Thankfully, government has setup ACB (Anti-Corruption Branch) and a lot of police have been arrested trying to bribe men to withdraw cases against them.
