I never said I have “game”, I most certainly don’t. I was just talking about my personal experience as an unattractive dude and how it is the primary draw for me. This was mainly in response to “There is not enough words in the dictionary that can make him pull her.” Now, I admit, I’ve never “pulled” an influencer, but I have definitely had women way “out of my league” be attracted to me. I also happen to fit the 5 foot 8 balding dude description that the OP gave.

I would wager almost anyone who says “looks don’t matter” are being hyperbolic in the statement to prove a point. If you are an average person or even slightly below average, you will not be that impaired by looks.

Very true. Those with “game” also tend to be the sleaziest guys I’ve ever known, at least from my experience.

Well, this is of course anecdotal experience, but the only women who have ever been interested in me have only been interested after they got to know me. I am not an attractive guy, and generally the only thing that saves me is my personality.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/26 10:08 PM

Very very true!
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/26 05:57 PM

I half agree with you. The overall look definitely matters more than the amount, but at the same time the more natural the “look” the less makeup will generally be used. Personally for me the only makeup I tend to really like is eyeliner. A bit of foundation and concealer also looks good to me, but in my personal preference it would be zero makeup. Now, I think I land on the far end of the spectrum regarding this, I think most men don’t share this exact opinion.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/26 05:24 PM

Almost every man I know prefers minimal makeup, not none, but definitely only a small amount of it.

Does rape not occur in the west? I gave plenty of further examples.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/26 01:10 PM

Nope just not interested in talking to someone who will try to cherry pick one thing because “it doesn’t happen in the west” while simultaneously avoiding the things that do such as rape, partner killings, sexual assault, catcalling. If you want to talk about how women have certain things they deal with in the west disproportionately compared to men I’m happy to do that. What I’m not happy to do is act like just because they don’t have to wear hijabs their life is all sunshine and rainbows. Tryi…
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/26 03:53 PM

Are you really gonna latch on to that point and not read the whole comment thread to realize there are universal struggles of women all around the globe? Getting killed by their partners, getting raped, getting sexually assaulted, getting catcalled, etc? Not interested in talking further if you can’t at least acknowledge this.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/26 01:28 PM

Exactly! Like yes women have it easier in some ways, so do men. Thats just how the dice tend to roll. There isn’t one gender who just gets completely coddled. Fact of the matter is with so many men and women both complaining, you’d have to be silly to completely hand-wave the perceived issues without at least heavily looking into it.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/26 10:10 PM

I know we aren’t talking about average women. I am specifically asking what your argument is regarding “women having to put no/less effort into other things” so I can understand your point better. Still, in my anecdotal experience, from knowing a lot of very pretty women, the only free rides they get are desperate guys that they find completely unattractive.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/26 09:37 PM

And women don’t? Is your argument that women can get a free ride off of wealthy men? How common do you think this is? The majority of women are not treated like royalty. 32% of women have been sexually assaulted and that’s only the ones we know of. Doesn’t sound like being a woman is a free ride in life to me.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/26 09:31 PM

I am so ready.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/26 09:28 PM

I would be so down for that! This subreddit as well as politics subreddits are literally the types of things billionaires wet dreams are made of. Anything to keep us divided so they can continue to exploit and worsen the rest of humanity for their gain.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/26 09:27 PM

Pretty privilege is not only for women. Literally half of the talking points against women are how they all only want top 1% chads.

You’re just simply obtuse there’s nothing I can do to help you. You’re right men have it horrible and women have it easy. There’s absolutely nothing in life that women suffer from disproportionately and they should all shut up and stop complaining. Men are the only victims of societal standards.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/26 06:24 PM

There are still countries where women can’t even show their damn face dude. If you can’t think critically enough to find something men disproportionately suffer from that women don’t and vice versa there is no point in a conversation. I’d say the same thing if a woman asked the same question. Like really you can’t find one thing yourself?

If you can’t find any examples yourself it’s clear you’re not coming at this from a good faith perspective.

Anyone who thinks they can accurately measure how hard a single gender has it compared to the other in the western part of the globe on a sliding scale is simple, sorry to say it. It doesn’t matter if being a man is 51% and being a woman is 49% or vice versa. Fact is we all have struggles and gender wars are pointless as fuck and only serve to lay blame to avoid responsibility.

I don’t think the majority of women are freeloading by living with men. Splitting rent sure, and maybe some women do freeload, but there are also a lot of men who do that to women. The majority of uni students live in student housing in big groups where everyone pays rent or lives at home, at least where I’m from.

Most women wouldn’t be able to make much money from their looks. Most onlyfans creators make barely any money from it. Plus most women don’t want to sell their bodies anyway. Men have made more than women for all of history.

I don’t think men or women have it easier, just different problems. The only thing that would make life truly easy is being born wealthy, not being born a man, a woman, etc….
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/26 01:57 PM

When I was weak and shy I had an opportunity with three women in the span of less than two years. This was without even going out of my way for it. Went to work, besides that played video games all day.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/26 05:13 PM

This is just silly cherry picking. No mentally healthy woman likes these types of men. It’s all mentally ill people.

Yes, the point is not everyone who could be a good romantic partner will find one. Yes, maybe a man who has asked out 100 women would find the “perfect one” on the 101st time, but what if he quits before then? Similarly what if a woman has had nothing but bad experiences with men and as such has given up on finding her person? I am not saying it is literally impossible as in zero chance; I am saying everyone has a feedback loop and once it becomes too negative, people tend to give up.

People can give good advice by knowing even a bit about someone do you disagree? Fat? Lose weight, most people don’t find fat attractive. Socially isolated? Try to put yourself into more social situations. Self worth issues? Work on them. Then of course there are the people (both men and women) who will be single for the rest of their lives due to no fault of their own. They could be great people, but sometimes that’s just how the dice rolls.

Good advice is tailored to the person.

Did I say that?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/07/26 06:31 PM

Of course there are people ok with being single for life. Just like there are people who would prefer only one side of their bread toasted. I am talking about in general. The vast majority of people crave both platonic and romantic connection. Acting like someone who craves romantic attention but can’t get it should just “accept it” isn’t good advice imo.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/07/26 06:28 PM

Sure, but accepting it is incredibly difficult. I mean, let’s face it humans are social creatures. Basically everyone wants to be in a relationship with someone they like. It’s not like you can just “accept” that you won’t find one. It will always eat at you whether you want it to or not, hence the helplessness and depression.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/07/26 06:23 PM

Well I also agree with that, but further I don’t think most men in this scenario are even mad in the first place. It’s simply more common to see men who are mad because they are more vocal about it. I really doubt most guys struggling with dating are at all mad, even as a cover up for their true emotions.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/07/26 06:18 PM

I don’t really think most men who have been unlucky in dating are mad with women. I think most are just sad and hopeless. Of course this is impossible to say without data, which realistically would be hard to get.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
