Masturbation is natural but porn isn't. Nofap isn't bullshit either, there are many studies that shows the negative effects of porn combined with masturbation on the dopamine receptors in the brain. I'm glad if you don't feel bad about masturbating and porn, but saying it's bullshit is ignoring the millions of people who are struggling with it

Hey man! I don't know if you've heard about nofap and the website your brain on porn? First, if you watch porn: stop. If you fap more than once a week: reduce or stop if you can. I haven't fapped for the last 32 days and I'm feeling awesome. You should definitely check out the website yourbrainonporn.com and read about it. True, that's why I acted today but I guess I was brainwashed by some female friends who were telling me how guys were jerk who came to them, approach them and were awkward. I live in a small town and I guess I was scared about getting a bad reputation, also I'm still in uni so word travels fast. But I've decided not to give a damn anymore and live for myself.
