I don't think that's what anybody is suggesting. It seems like in your original comment you denied that two abusive people could end up in a relationship with each other. That someone must always be a sole victim and someone must always be a sole abuser. Controlling and controlled. It's possible for two people to mutually control and terrorize each other. Even if we say that there has to be a controlling and controlled dynamic, it's possible that one could be controlling in some spheres of life …

Abuse is a pattern of establishing control via isolation, threats, and emotional terrorism. Does this mean that two people can't do it to each other? I can certainly see two people getting into a mutual feedback loop along these lines I certainly have seen it, in fact. EDIT: I'm not speaking specifically of the Depp case, just in general.

Does any one know how strong is the opposition to circumcision in US? What opposition to circumcision? I think in most of the US this would be a laughable question. People wouldn't even understand what you were talking about. As far as I know, it's prevalent only in religious communities 71% of American males are circumcised. I'm not attempting to exclude anyone from the label American here, but if you cut out individuals with recent generational ties to other countries, it's going to be much hi…

Shires reportedly admitted to having sex with the teen on a three-way call between her, the teen’s mother and detectives. Weeks later, Shires was arrested again after showing up at the victim’s home with a gun, according to court records. When police arrived at the home, Shires was sitting on the front porch with a gun to her head and her finger on the trigger. Records say that she was yelling that she wanted to kill herself and the victim’s mother

Did I say that white people were disadvantaged systemically for being white? No, I asked what white was, because the idea of white that you are employing is likely an American construct. I would not agree that men created the patriarchy, nor would I describe the system as a patriarchy (though I would happily describe it as being patriarchal).

What do you mean white? Are you arguing that it's not racist unless the group is a minority, minority being defined as share of power? So if there were two equally powerful nations that hated each other's guts, would that be racist, or not?

Stop calling it reverse racism. It's just racism. There is nothing "reversed" about it.

This person also wrote an article called " The revolution will look like a K-pop fandom" You can ignore them. Honestly you really even shouldn't be posting this, you're just platforming another moronic pseudo-socialist so they can divide the working class.

This is such a better term than toxic masculinity. The fact of this isn't the initial term used and the fact that I haven't thought of it before really goes a long way to affirm the definition lol.

I suppose you just narrow down their standard and then show that it would apply to some other group. If they avoid allowing you to do this then at least you know that they know. 🤷🏻‍♂️

It's absolutely unacceptable. Here is what they will always say to you: we can't be mad at women for being concerned about their own safety. But if you immediately replace men with any other demographic, the objection ceases to be reasonable. This is because we intrinsically accept that being afraid of black people, or immigrants, or Muslims doesn't actually protect you, isn't reasonable, and is offensive. These categories themselves have no connection to the behavior you are trying to avoid, so…

I've already agreed that I wouldn't have punched this woman. Again, I'm not black so those words mean something different to me. I don't think that being born with any set of chromosomes make you immune to deserving a punch to the face. I'm also not a fascist. Violence is just sometimes the answer. When the Nazi's attempted take over Europe and kill it's Jewish population did we stop them with hugs and well-written arguments?

Acted like the names he was called? How does a porch monkey jigaboo act exactly? I've never in my life met one. I'm typically not the "Violence is not the answer guy". Some people need to get punched, killed and publicly shamed. Would I have punched her for what she said? No. Do I have the cultural outlook and values of the black man in this video? Also no. Nothing would be effective in penetrating hate like this, this woman will never change her mind. A punch to the face is just as effective as…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
