| 2 | I felt confident for the first time last night.Interesting... For me, doing SS until I plateaued, then switching to a PPL routine in the 12-15 rep range worked wonders for me. I gained muscle so fast when I switched to PPL that I got covered in stretchmarks on by biceps and pecs.
