Well for some, it's bitter because it's the realization that everything you were told was false and now you have to start from the bottom up. It CAN be mind crushing. What makes it even worse is that once you start becoming more red pill, you sometimes get antagonized and there's not much support for you outside this subreddit. For me that's what makes it so hard because when I was blue-pill I had blue pill brethren with me, now I'm all alone except for you guys.

It's simple. You just do what you would normally do. Mostly you stay aloof and in shape. You can avoid oneitis by making sure that you either A) Have the backbone to walk or B) Have someone else on the other end. You don't and should never focus on only one female when they vastly outnumber us.
