At the time, the cause seemed be the soft and cuddle, goofy dude, but I did end up having to make the first move each time (after it was obvious she was into it), and each time I initially approached the situation with... not quite confidence, because I wasn't trying to do anything. 1	I just stumbled upon TRP, and I have a few questions... How does fat play into how much muscle you build? I'm about 20-30 lbs over weight, but musculature wise, I'm starting from a decent base (for a beginner; I bench something like 150, I think, but I don't know, because I don't have a freeweight barbell). Also, I'm not actually worried about gaining too much muscle, so much as I'm just somewhat planning for the long run. If I do end up being beefy as fuck, it's not a problem, obviously.
