I find it odd, but there is usually one week every month where my female coworker's productivity goes down. It seems they all are taking it easy the same week now. I have to pick up the slack. Not only are they working less, they are also complaining more. I find it best to avoid them when they are taking it easy.

As a 9 myself, I only date 2s (physical appearance). That way they feel like they really need to work to keep me. They are great because they are actually forced to develop a personality that doesn't revolve around being pretty. They have fewer fights with female friends because the herd does not see them as a threat. It's also a plus that they have fewer options as far as other ducks to jump up on.
