2	How to retain the confidence of single life while in a relationship? 2	Absolutely devastated after 4 years of LTR (break-up) Had kinda the same thing, 3 year relationship. As I read in another comment, went full beta and she lost interest. I understood this and wanted to do whatever it took to get her back. 3 months of no contact, working on myself and get alpha again. It worked. 2	I get very nervous around very attractive girls, how to fight this? to clarify, nothing matters (we'll all be dead soon anyway) so why be nervous. My advice would be to not give them the power/value that you are giving them at the moment. 7	Can you "restart" your history with someone? I think the only way to show you've changed is to not show that 'old you' kind of behaviour again. I'm not sure what u did exactly to this girl but 'because of our history' sounds like an excuse or barrier which could eventually be broken if u show her you've changed for real.
