Too much focus on the superficial stuff like looks, over-analyzing studies and trends, and lately a lot of gender war bullcrap. There appears to be a lot less focus on inner game fundamentals than there used to be. Stuff like self awareness, building real confidence, developing an abundance mindset, taking accountability for yourself, dealing with rejection, and how to balance respecting women and respecting yourself.

Despite what left wing or right wing Reddit would tell you, I don't think there's necessarily a correlation. What's more likely to happen is people with more staunch views tend to prefer people who prefer those same staunch views. Most women do lean left, but that doesn't necessarily translate to every woman acting like an extreme blue haired lefty. Many women don't really care to make politics part of their personality or regular social media fixations.

Because it scores them social media points, and costs them nothing. Not a much simpler explanation than that.

Incel and misogynist are being thrown around so willy-nilly these days to the point it's just a generic insult. Unfortunately, the metric that many feminist-coded spaces use for determining redpill/incel adjacent is whatever they decide it is. In subreddits, it's often at the whims of a mod who isn't necessarily an expert. But yeah, as a man it's better to get dating advice in spaces primarily intended for men's dating advice. You do get a lot of actual incel/redpill noise for sure, but if you c…

In general I've never heard of women seeing a guy as lower value because he's interacting with less attractive women. If anything that's seen as a plus by women. Really attractive women are insecure about men only being interested in them for their looks. Not saying that it doesn't happen, just seems a bit counterintuitive. There are other very likely possibilities here. Maybe she lost interest because seeing you flirt with other women gave her fuckboy vibes, maybe she wasn't that interested to …

Both genders go through it and it's irresponsible to say otherwise. The other side seems to blatantly ignore men's experiences though

I deleted my TikTok a year ago, I know how much of a hellhole it is. Even when I was actively avoiding misandry it would still show up anyway

This is both sad and disgusting. I really can't say I blame teenage boys for turning to Andrew Tate for guidance in times like this. Your nephew is extremely lucky to have a male role model like you in his life.

I've done it once. Actually ended up being a great friendship for a while, until it wasn't. Still glad I did it though. It takes a lot of discipline and self-control to accept a strictly platonic friendship with a woman that you would have been interested in something more with. When you're able to exercise that self-control you subconsciously start carrying yourself in a way that other women find very sexy, it's almost like having superpowers.

Women tend to only "shit test" men that they're attracted to. When it comes to pickup, they're usually in the form of joke questions or statements that are followed by a laugh.

It's all a matter of perspective, don't see everything as zero sum. Another guy getting a girl isn't necessarily your loss, if anything see what you can learn from the guys who are doing better than you. My most successful nights of pulling at the club were always the nights where I gave the least fucks. I didn't care about getting with someone or not, all that mattered was just having a good time. Basing your enjoyment of the night solely on how well you pulled just sets you up for a bad time.

I've been with a couple of women who had boyfriends, and many of my friends have done the same. Based on my limited experience, the number one risk factor is any sort of "distance" from her husband or boyfriend. This can include: Geographic distance. Long distance relationships, especially if she's just recently moved She's travelling somewhere and her SO isn't present She has a wildly different schedule/routine from her SO. She has a wildly different lifestyle from her SO Other factors I've obs…

Unless you're working a job that has you in an isolated area with nobody but other men (i.e. oil extraction, container ship), your career choice ultimately won't have a huge bearing on how what your seduction opportunities will be. Most of the fields where a lot of hooking up happens is because people working in said field work weird schedules that don't give them a lot of opportunities to date outside of work. But to answer your question, some fields I can think of include: Medicine, Entertainm…

Short answer, yes it does happen, but many guys can't tell the difference between "not interested" and "playing hard to get". Or more specifically, they delude themselves instead of facing reality. Long answer, it should ultimately be irrelevant because you shouldn't be tolerating women who play games with you. Even if she's interested in you and playing hard to get, say you finally "get" her... then what? When the going gets tough, and it will, she'll just start playing games again to get what …

Neither feels good, but ghosting feels like a slap in the face because the person is essentially telling you that you're not even worth the courtesy of a message or call for closure, or that there's something so inherently wrong with you that you don't deserve it. I don't really let it bother me like it used to though, most of the time it's a reflection of the other person more than you.

I usually find that chances are better when you're out with 1 other guy, 2 tops. Anything more than that and the dynamic shifts in a way that isn't favourable.

Honestly, you won't ever be effective at daygame unless you work on your inner game and social skills. Daygame is just another avenue of meeting women at the end of the day. You can search up videos of cold approaches if you want examples of how to approach, but watch a variety of them. Try and analyze what these guys are doing, see what the commonalities and differences in their approaches are. But even then, nothing teaches like experience. My tips: * In general, get comfortable talking to str…

The only material I paid for was Models by Mark Manson, which you can easily pick up for less than $20. Even then, that was ultimately supplementary knowledge for what I was already doing: putting myself out there. Courses are mostly a waste of money in my opinion. You'll be shelling out hundreds or thousands for knowledge that's readily available on the internet for free.

From my experience it isn't relevant as our culture makes it seem. Some women will make every guy wait, others will make most guys wait but make exceptions for guys they really like, and some will have a past of sleeping around only to "find Jesus" and start making guys wait. I've been with 3s and 9s who put out pretty quick, and I've dated 3s and 9s who wanted to make me wait. The only thing I've found is that less attractive women tend to be more likely to lead with sex in hopes it'll get a gu…

The problem with most nightclubs these days is most people go there just to get bored acting like they're cooler than everyone else there. Men mostly go there for the off chance they'll get laid, and women mostly go there for attention and free drinks. Nobody is actually there to just have fun and be in the moment anymore. The beauty of raves is that the people there are actually just there to enjoy the music and be in the moment. You're far more likely to get laid if you go to a rave if you are…

For the most part, basic common sense safety measures: First and foremost, lock up any cash, jewelry, identification, electronic devices, and anything else valuable you might have in the safe. Use the number combination if possible. This is your last line of defense. Be aware of where your wallet, phone, and hotel keycard are at all times. Take drink safety seriously. Do not drink anything you cannot verify came from an untampered container, and definitely never let your drink out of your sight.…

The term "male entitlement" is thrown around so much these days it's moreso just another buzzword to attack men. There's a stark difference between confidence and entitlement, and it's all about attitude. An entitled man expects that a woman owes him something because he did X,Y, Z. A confident man just takes action with zero expectations at all.

It can mean anything. I've had women who would never see me as anything more than a friend call me sweet, I've had women who gave me head also call me sweet. Pay attention to her actions and overall demeanor more than her words.

Men are not a "protected group" on Reddit. The most likely culprit is PR. Partly because a large chunk of Reddit's customer base is the "Twitter mob", and partly because it keeps the negative press away. It's bullshit if you ask me, but it is what it is.

Happy to help, my friend! A common mistake a lot of inexperienced men make, myself included, is having a "take what you can get" mindset which leads to them pursuing women that they would be better off not pursuing at all. Unlearn that mentality as quickly as possible, and get comfortable with walking away from women who seem like they're more trouble than they're worth. Constantly being back at square one sucks, but it's far better than being at square ten with your mental health taking a toll.

Yes, I was you once. Kept falling into the same pattern: I'd meet with a girl I thought was cute, she seemed into me, we'd hit it off, go on a couple dates, she'd start slowly getting cold and distant, eventually it would fizzle out because of another guy (sometimes her ex), then I'd be back at square one again. Breaking that cycle was ultimately taking a step back and seeing it for what it was instead of what it felt like: * There was a common thread among most of the women I would date. They w…

This is a subreddit geared towards guys getting better at dating and getting laid, probably not the best place to ask lol. But I'll indulge, and it seems like you're getting some pretty good answers. My best piece of advice would be to be honest with yourself about what you really want. Does being labelled a slut bother you so much that you would rather hold off on casual sex, or is experiencing casual sex worth the risk of being labelled a slut? The funny thing about it is no matter what you ch…

I don't know who this coach is, but sounds like he's pushing a lot of nonsense. as long as she doesn't have a boyfriend, it’s always possible to sleep with any woman, no matter her current life situation. Doesn't matter if she’s already in a get-to-know phase with someone else, doesn't matter if I'm not her type, doesn't matter if she is going through lots of stress, doesn't matter if she recently got divorced — it all doesn’t matter. This should translate to: "It's possible, in theory, to sleep…

Words of wisdom, when women say things like this it's best to take it at face value. The bottom line is the answer is no, and you shouldn't waste your time or energy trying to change her mind. You might be being used, but either way you dug yourself deep into this situation. I don't really know how to advise you to keep her in your life or not, but you should certainly write her off as a romantic option forever.

You answered your own question, you feel resentful towards women. You need to get to the root of why exactly you're resenting women. Is it because of rejection? If so, what is it exactly about rejection that makes you resent women? Did a woman reject you harshly in a way you felt was undeserved? Are you projecting that one experience onto all women who reject you? Also remember that "women" are not a collective monolith. Each woman is her own individual person. Whenever you meet a new woman, rem…

I took a look at it. I didn't do a full deep-dive so feel free to take my opinion with a grain of salt. I'll first say that I think it did point out some truths, i.e. that feminists have a diverse set of opinions about men, and that non-feminist women also have misandrist views as well. However, the study seems to contradict itself in that it acknowledges that many women refuse to identify as feminist because they associate it with being misandrist. It also pointed out that misandry tends to pea…

I used to, because at my core I was a chronic people pleaser. I always seemed to find women who expected the Earth from me, and the second I'd ask for something in return they'd look at me as if I'd just asked them to murder a kitten. The problem was I would over-invest in women right off the bat, when you have this attitude it's literally a magnet for entitled women. My mindset has always been to only invest time, effort, and resources into women proportional to what I believe they deserve, but…

There are hierarchies of attractiveness and social standing for sure. Generally speaking people tend to date people they can match in looks or social standing, or high looks will match with high social standing. Usually women place greater emphasis on social standing, whereas men place greater emphasis on looks. However, these aren't rigid rules of how human mating works, it's not uncommon to see exceptions. You'll see women who have high social standing that will date deadbeat dudes who just ha…

Most likely a combination of coming on too strong and failing to gauge her interest level until it was too late. No guy who knows what he's doing with women will tell you that "escalating and being more dominant = forcing things to happen". At the end of the day the natural order of things is that the man tends to be the primary initiator because women tend to be more conditioned to respond to a man's advances. Escalation isn't a surefire way to guarantee you getting laid, it's more the case tha…

Ahh that makes sense. Yeah I wouldn't just come out and say something like "hookups only", I'm thinking of saying something to the effect of "I'm not looking for anything serious right now" if it comes up or if it's necessary. Similar to the difference between telling a woman "I want to fuck your brains out" vs "I thought you looked pretty and wanted to get to know you better". The second one gets the message across that you're physically attracted to her, and from that she can deduce that you w…

Thanks for the feedback. Glad to hear honesty works. Mind games and tricks seem like too much effort for what they're worth. I have a friend who does that shit, and he only seems to get with degenerate women who also do that shit. I'd say I'm at least an 8, and I've gotten success on dating apps before (years ago though). I've heard that dating apps are worse than they used to be, might be worth a try though.

You mean I won't need to use honesty and upfront if I have a solid screening process, or I won't need to play mind games and tricks? I feel like being honest and upfront is in itself a good screening process. Speaking from experience it does scare off some girls, but it usually tends to scare off the ones who will waste your time, or end up being more trouble than they're worth anyway. But that's mainly with dating dynamics in general, not as well versed with specifically hookup dynamics. I migh…
