This is so sad to read. If the shoe was on the other foot this would be front page news around the world and that judge wouldn’t have a job. Because it’s a man nobody cares. I’ve learnt this the hard way too my friend. I really hope you can find a way through this shit storm. Do you at least get to see you kids?

At the end of the day if a woman is willing to lie in court more often than not the man will be convicted or take an early plea. Judges/jury’s will think why would someone go to this length of pressing chargers and going to court if it’s not true??? The only way a man wins in this situation is if he can afford it Eg Johnny Depp.

These woman get rewarded not just financially but on so many levels to make false allegations. The system rewards it. It validates woman and gives them enormous power over the man.

100% They play the knight in shining armour to get laid. And the woman love the attention they get from the cops as well as the power they have over there ex. Basically making a false accusation ticks every box for some of these nutcase woman.

From my experience they know how vulnerable you are when we walk through their door. They have many many others like us they are working “with” at the same time. Even though they are in sexless marriages, cheating on their partners, functioning alcoholics and depressed they take a lot of satisfaction in playing “God”. This is very sad to read. I don't know of one woman who has committed suicide but know of many men. To be a man in a relationship is to shut up and speak when spoken to. If you have an opinion woman don't agree with they will yell, scream and manipulate the conversation. So you have a couple of choices 1) shut up and don't speak anymore. 2) Try and get the conversation back on track about the original point. This is a horrible but all too common situation. I feel for this man and his son. This could drag on for years and years. He needs to focus on his physical and mental health. Does he think that getting custody will solve this??? It may make it worse and the accusations may keep coming until he finds himself arrested and in a cell. Courts are a disgrace. Any man who has been falsely accused will know this. Johnny, has the funds to run this defamation case. His reason is it gave him a chance to speak and for her to be cross examined. The final result is irrelevant now. Life though will go on and play out in the court of public opinion no matter what the papers write or how they want to frame things. My guess is Johnny will be flooded with movie and endorsement offers. Young Amber, not so much.

If you already own a house/houses and have a fair amount in cash and shares pls don't consider marriage unless she has more than you. Or unless you are willing to spoil her 24/7 even when she has a terrible attitude and no work ethic whats so ever. if you are ok with that then go for it. Its completely pointless otherwise.
