Check out Heidi Priebe’s YouTube channel. Maybe start with the videos on Limerence, but you could also just browse and see where your gut takes you. I’d also recommend reading the book Fantasy Bonds by Robert Firestone. If you can afford it and are open to the experience, therapy can and will help you immensely with this.

Agreed, this sounds like limerence. Been there. Check out Heidi Priebe on YouTube - she has a few limerence-specific vids that were really helpful for me. You might also enjoy the book Fantasy Bonds (and by enjoy, I mean be completely demolished by).
