Bruh, there's a fuckton of guys who are naturally sexually unappealing to women out there. That's one of the reasons the manopshere exists in the first place. Most men have to learn from other people to get success with women because of this. If they aren't learning the game from their peers, they're browsing the internet. Men regularly ajust themselves to make other party comfortable with us, we don't just wander ourselves into into some puzzy.
