What I get from this is that you 1) have to keep your value up, and this will reduce the likelihood of the women cheating. 2) Obviously, screen the woman before committing. 1	June 22 - Weekly Improvement & Progress Thread Not this week, but last week I decided to get back in shape again. So I started running (cardio) and lifting again.
