19	First dates 2) Back when I was dating she was a server, and I would only take first dates to the restaurant she worked and be seated in her section. It was a higher end restaurant so it was a good litmus test, too. And my BFF got to see first hand his manners to servers, how well he tipped (my girl getting paid too), and silently judge him. 8	Break-Up Survival Guide 🧘‍♀️ No contact is indefinite. It’s not a wait around for 30 days, and then reach out, thing. The true purpose of no contact is for you to be able to gather yourself and move on from this person. Not to “show him what he’s missing”. THIS is what I need to keep reminding myself. 64	Delete the dating apps. Start developing friendships with HV women. They are the the ones that are going to be there when things get tough. They will give you the comfort, compassion, and love that you need. Things that most men are incapable of, even if you’ve been married to him for decades We should come up with a code word to create Meetup (or similar) groups in major cities.
