Anecdotally and observably, I have found it to be the exact opposite.

Thanks for sharing. Will have a watch when I get time. I have heard some rather disturbing stories about Sweden in recent years.

Just to chime in here. It's not because guys are against mental health services, quite the opposite. Rather, men are getting quite fed up whenever there is an issue highlighted, the go to resolution is that "men need to access mental health services more." While that may he true, I think men are getting to the point where they want the actual issues in society fixing, so that these problems are less likely to present themselves in the future.

7 years working / living illegally in the UK. Also, from the article: "the judge said a photograph of Monsur looking at same-sex pornography was ‘staged’." ‘There is, quite clearly, a great desire on the part of the Appellant to try to present this picture that he is a gay man but, in my judgment, there is far too much manufacturing and posturing and that, in my judgment, undermines the fundamental credibility of the Appellant,’ the judge added." The gent in question isn't as innocent as the med…

It's worth watching. A good film on it's own, but when you start to see past the curtain, there are a lot of social issues it explores.

I have thought about this for a long time. Even if you accept that she didn't have the best life, she still made a cascade of bad, neglectful, and selfish decisions throughout her entire life. That's the crux of it.

I currently work in a government team that supports struggling or disabled people into work. Without going into the fine details, approximately 75% of the people who need the service are male. 75%.......

Her works were so spot on. Also, since she made her original videos well over a decade ago, they are more relevant than ever. The video "feminism and the disposable male" was, at the time, somewhat groundbreaking.

I have serious issues with the author of this article and the way she is influencing her children. While she states that there are a lot of male stereotypes forced on men from society, such as a like of sports etc, and it's seen unusual for men to like baking, which I agree with. However....the sheer consistence of what her children are engaging with suggests to me that she is raising her boys and influencing them in a direction SHE wants them to go. I would actually go further and say she is wa…

I strongly advise you to delete this comment. Things like that are classed as brigading or witch hunts etc. While it would be good try and make a difference that way, historically it has proven more harm than good. The last thing we want is this sub being attacked or shut down (like a lot of other male spaces have been). All the best.

This is blatantly apparent in almost every supermarket. Look at the size of male vs female clothing sections. Where I live the male sections are somethig close to 20% of the size of womens. Why? Because women tend to spend significantly more than men, thus they are a priority target to make money off. The solution isn't "change society to make things cheaper for women", it's women need to be more financially mindful.

In more of a philosophical sense, I have always liked: Stephen Fry. He might not be a masculine role model, but intellectually and philosophically, he carries himself well.

Just asking, but are there any other MGTOW reddit pages since it it was attacked and closed down? A lot of the philosophies around self care were really quite helpful to me.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
