This. I work in finance, predominantly loans, never co-sign for anyone. Play her along, get the divorce finalised, then go no contact.

Letting me know she was only with me until someone better came along. Telling my 5 Yr old he was getting a new daddy. Waiting behind the door when I went to collect him for my time with him, laughing and not answering the door.

Begged me to change jobs. I was a senior manager in a garage earning 100k plus a year. Took a sales role 2 minutes from the house. First paycheck she looks at it and goes that's not enough to keep us.

She is playing games with you. Next time she is around call her by the other girls name then clam up if she says anything.

Not to that extreme, she would go in moods, but as soon as we were married, the behaviour stepped up a few gears. We were married for 5 years, no kids between us although she came off the pill without mentioning it, fell pregnant but miscarried after a couple of weeks. Sounds terrible but it was a blessing for me. I was 53 at the time, she was 43. After that, I was looking to exit the relationship. Caught her cheating while away with our respective parents on holiday. The day I threw her out was…

Yes, not a word, making own dinners, going out without saying anything, totally like no one in the house existed. Anyone else, it was like a switch, joking and laughing while they were around, then snap back to weird as soon as we were alone. Even her mother said to me how do you put up with this.

The Exwife used to do this. Could go weeks and weeks without a word spoken. Caused carnage in the house with everyone on eggshells. She took a perverse delight in seeing everyone else suffering.

You know you have no ties here. Get up and walk away from her. As you have found, there are plenty of single people out there.

My xwife had mental health issues. When we first got together everyone told me to dump her. I stuck around. Eventually I ended up with mental health issues and depression. Leave her now for your own sanity and your kids stability.

Nothing lasts forever, guys. Kids grow older and more aware of the situation we are / were in. Be child centric and treat any interactions with your x as a business transaction. Always look after yourself.

You would be off your head marrying her. She is already planning her exit. You are not a partner. You are a cash cow.

Thank god for technology eh. My X wife left her emails linked to my sons ipad. All through our divorce, I could see her communications with her solicitor. This was a godsend as it saved my house, pension, and savings. We were only married 5 years, and the property was originally purchased by myself. I could see her manipulate her lies to maximise her potential gains. By being forewarned, I could prepare and rebuff her solicitors questions. She eventually lied herself into a position that her sol…
