True, but when the default position is that both parents have agreed to make a partnership in life and chose to have child the odds are higher they are emotionally and financially and every other way better equipped to look after a dependent. Woman are not going to sleep with someone who asks them to sign such a contract. What should happen is men should all be allowed to have paper abortions and divorce shpuld be fault, no no fault.
