1	Funny how no matter what a women does it will never be label as “rape” but at least she is going behind bars. It’s likely because under the law, what was done isn’t considered rape. It was sexual assault or sexual violence or some other category. From a legal perspective, raping boys is a bit harder. 1	This is what we're taught in canadian public school. I’m not trying to establish a point system? I never said anything about giving people privilege points? Maybe I could have used a better word than “meter” but I didn’t think that would imply points anyway. Also, I fail to see how Nick is extremely privileged? 0	This is what we're taught in canadian public school. I get what you’re saying and I agree the book uses poor logic. What I’m saying is those three that I mentioned previously are probably a good indicator of privilege; they’re much better indicators than Sex or Race in most cases. No meter will ever be perfect though because people are individuals. Obviously not everyone with those aspects is going to be privileged, but if you’re someone who is wealthy, able-bodied, and from a developed nation, you’re probably more privileged than someone who doesn’t have attributes. That’s regardless or someone’s race or gender. 5	Alabama Passing Law to Make False Rape Accusations a Crime I agree that a false rape claim should be a crime, but it can also be a little dangerous. We don’t want innocent men getting locked up, but we don’t want innocent women being locked up either. If it’s going to be a crime, it needs to be probable that there was malicious intent.
