No, the personal history is relevant to my being able to view this point from both sides of this topic. If he is not guilty of rape by the court, then how can she logically not be lying? This isn't a situation where both can be innocent is it? Both guilty perhaps. Seeing as I am Columbian I don't know the exact intricasies of your legal system, as it pertains to this scenario. For example here it is seen as an on off situation. Either he is guilty of rape or she is guilty of lying. They cannot b…

I don't automatically assume the victim is always lying. Just this one. I believe she saw a celeb and lit up like Scrooge McDuck and after sex saw a shot. I also believe her friend that helped her may have been in on it as well. I have been a victim of female on male abuse at the hands of a church orphanage, so I know what it's like to not be believed. There are many cases where I have not assumed the victim was lying both in my personal life and in the media as well due to my past. I work in br…

That's why I picked it up so fast. In my country they try to sell that line a lot, especially when you are part of the slave class in your own country. We are considered failures if we don't work enough to buy them jewels and prepare to die for our women, and we have one hell of a princess culture here, just look at the Quinceañera, and they take it to the grave. You could buy a small house on what fathers spend on their daughters and if their husbands don't uphold that standard of living she wi…

Misandry and misandric racism in pop culture are only as far away as your TV and radio. I work in radio and would love to vomit every commercial break due to it all.

Let them work out a percentage based on their own income. The mens teams should not be supporting the women's teams. The women's leagues should negotiate what they think is a faith slice of THEIR revenue. As an aside when any team or sport can get beaten by youths of their own country, or place so low on the scale when put up against men, it's time to retire the league.

All I got from that was a woman She-splaining how men have to work harder to take pressure off of women. Which is par for the course for the feminism she denies she supports. So are we to take her at face value or as a subversive?

I know it's sarcasm and it made me chuckle but my reply to them would be.. it will prevent future FALSE claimants coming forward, absolutely, and isn't that a good thing? A lower instances of falsies, increases the legitimacy of belief when it does happen. Right? And watch them sputter. Let them then defend their position.

Ok so now this monster, has been found to have lied about an innocent man. When is she named, dragged through the mud, called horrific names publicly and arrested for false reporting, endangerment of the accused, and waste of resources. I'd say whatever sentence would have been due him, be given to her. Equality is equality, fair is fair.

Ok. I'll bite. Look at the messages. Jungle book. Savage boy gets tamed by girl. Alladin. Poor street boy means nothing until he meets wealthy girl. Pinnochio. Not a boy. Puppet. Like he has to work towards being accepted as a boy. Peter pan. Eternal infantalization of boys, where the women are mature. Tarzan again savage until he meets a proper woman. The Lion King. Son blames himself for Father's death. Goes finds boys club. Is broken up by a know better female. The emperor's new groove. Man r…

Just the way it sounds. A train wreck. Where I am from men don't even bother reporting things like sexual assault. If it happens to a man first, we cannot go to the authorities which are largely feminist. He will be laughed at by them. Second, we cannot complain as we will be told by other men and women that we are guys we liked it get over it, third and lastly, of it did happen most members of our own family would be on the other side. What are you complaining about at least you got some, or th…

My mother was an extreme case of Explosive narcissistic behavior. Aka when she feels slighted she flies into a violent rage and destroys whatever slighted her. At age ten when I pointed out a small wrinkle it snowballed to the point where I was given up for adoption because I shouldn't have dared point that out. Now the adoption was the last straw. Without telling me that's what I did wrong she went from being stuck up, to abusive, then to ignoring me, to telling me I needed to go live somewhere…

If you are a woman using the term Ick, I immediately assume you haven't yet passed grade 5, or you have the emotional maturity of a 3 yr old. If you are an adult and can't find a more mature grasp on a language, I immediately file you under not worth my time. But to be honest I have the same feeling about people that use AI.

I think that's a cultural thing. The men in my village growing up didn't tear each other down for women. If anything they tend to be more of a wingman. Fake a fight with a "drunk", act drunker or slightly obnoxious than you are so the lady goes to your friend. We never talked shit behind each other's back unless it was warranted and you were going to get a rough one anyway.

The song was catchy, and I can see where it would hit for a lot of people however the line "I know women face more injustice" threw me off. As to your description, men have not been the primary beneficiaries from a "patriarchy. We have suffered through conscription, women and children first, be a gentlemen and let the lady pass, defend a lady at all costs from other men if needs be. These aren't benefits, nor are working slaves hours for less than slaves wages while they can choose not to work. …

Columbia. There is no place for mens activism here. It's something that will get you shunned in general populations, especially in the cities where western thought has taken deep root. The further you go into the countryside the more traditional it becomes. I moved out of the cities and back home because of the amount of rampant misandry and racism.

I don't know how it works for TV but I work in radio and I will tell you the gender bias is even worse when you factor in the fact that the job isn't just work it's a constant competition for ratings between time slots.

At least twice as hard as a woman. If she does ten things, if I don't accomplish double that, I'm not working hard enough. Same to be said of they ask me to carry something. If I do I'm part and parcel to their schemes. If I say no my boss also female takes a dim view and has no problem disciplining me.

Yes. I'm Native. So I get to see the real underbelly of the issue. In this country it goes white women, black women, white men, black men, Native women, Native men. We are still very highly discriminated on

Did you just blame the victim?
/r/MensRights03/07/26 02:03 PM

Yes. Absolutely yes. In my country you go to a hospital and wait. And watch all the women and children get taken in first. All the men sit and wait. Last time I had to go two men died. One who had been having a heart attack and one that had a stroke, they were both made to wait until all the women were taken care of. We are not even treated as human.

And in Columbia we face the exact same thing. Rampant feminism and less rights for those of us that aren't white or female.

I actually read through that sewer. I love the "most men who die of s'side, do so by drug overdose BUTTTTT if we eliminate those then the numbers are roughly equal". Really? If we throw out the primary cause "Depression caused OD" then there its not a crisis.. really, that's the road you are going to go down. Real scientific. Let's eliminate the majority evidence we don't like. Whoever wrote that article needs their own head checked.
/r/MensRights01/07/26 09:22 PM

You noticed that too. I've dealt with that first hand. In my country it's a gender issue until it's men then it's an Indian issue not a mens issue. Well you know us natives are dumb, savage, and that's what drives the male on female crime. I had this discussion just the other day how the heirarchy here is a little different than what you see in a lot of the west.

I haven't laughed like that in some time. However, No we do not live in a patriarchy in the west. On the word of a woman, we can be destroyed, brought to destitution and even death, that is not a patriarchy. It's more a whoever panders to women the most wins-archy.

I am assuming this is an American thing? I am familiar with hiring quotas, because we have them here. However most of our jobs are still in the state of certain people need not apply. I happen to be one of the people that need not apply. It's not outright stated but it's heavily implied and executed. It's not considered discrimination here either but it is. It most certainly is highly discriminatory.

No I do know, too many boys grow up without a father figure and being raised in a church orphanage didn't provide any male influence either. They are most often run by nuns. So I do understand. However, down where I am from non US, we aren't taught to avoid risk. We are taught that we are to put everything on the line for women. Work as much so she is happy, fight and die if you have to, as long as she is taken care of that's all that matters. And the women are taught to expect it, if it's not g…

That social contract was broken long ago. We used to be considered disposable all through the 60's and 70's, then it broke further, and what modern society wants is our elimination. That is really hard to adapt to, especially when you are told this at a young age and it's reinforced by movies, tv, radio, news, family even other men who tell the young boys "when it comes to women don't argue it's not worth the energy". That very sentiment puts men in a defeat. It's saying don't try because you wo…

If you were a man hating feminist who wanted to destroy men as a whole where would you go? The places they go for peace, force your way in, and disrupt. It's battle strategy, they learned it young and have no problem flexing it

I read the article, and I can sort of understand, I'm not too philosophically familiar with Marxian/Marxist thought, however I come come from a country that frequently suffers under authoritarian leaders and frequent far right sentiments, and I do not find a warm feeling under it, so you have my curiosity. On that note, I'd like to ask you, how would men benefit or achieve equality under this framework.

I hear "Well your just a cis male" all the time in my line and it's said with the same condescension as Oh you are just a dog so.. your opinion/life/well-being has no meaning so please shut up. I hate it, but there isn't much to do except toss some attitude right back.
/r/MensRights29/06/26 11:25 PM

I think the first part of this is exactly what you say. Make young men aware of this, aware that they start from behind by feminist design. The second part I have to say there is no field that a man can be good enough to outpace hiring quota and DEI unless it's a field women don't want to work in like oil rigger, or coal miner. So it won't change until feminism is brought down to its knees and we get something closer to equality than what we have.

We are men. We matter as much to them as the paper they wipe their asses with. All world governments, especially in South America are adopting this stance hard. We are exploitable to them. Where I lay my head I have to watch out for many a thing and having modern feminism take over it makes our already dangerous existence worse.

Grew up a single child. From the moment I could talk I was ordered to listen. Between my mother and my older sisters the abuse was horrible. From ridicule, to full on beatings knowing I could do nothing. You my friend are the lucky one in a million. Not all of us grew up like that. Some of us are from third world countries, and grew up knowing these burdens would be ours.
