Women increasingly would be the ones paying alimony considering they hold more degrees. Now that alimony is beginning to affect women it will be abolished.

Also women can be conscripted in other roles That's not okay either. That just means women get the safe roles and now men are guaranteed to get the unsafe roles. Women also need to serve in dangerous situations.

That ignores the opposite case. Woman gets pregnant, guy does not give consent to be a father, but society still says he is responsible. Women at the stage of pregnancy get to avoid responsibility. That is an unequal right. Men should have financial abortion rights.

The issue is IF you get drafted the easy safe jobs will have been given to women already, so you are guaranteed to be a body shield on the front lines. The better plan is just NEVER have the idea you will fight for this country. If we ever get a draft be a draft dodger.

That man had 0% say in whether the child was born. That is 100% the woman's choice. Someone should have 0% responsibility in a choice they did not make.

It shows maybe they should concentrate on men to get birthrate up. Obviously focusing on women has failed.

I wonder what is Justice for Women's official stance of laws in Canada and other countries where a rape accuser's sexual history, history of false accusations, phone messages, etc, are denied as evidence in the court. Do you think they are against the withholding of this evidence to ensure that women get equal justice?

I fear this will only change when men form organized groups that challenge state power. Until then men will be the milk cow and punching bag.

Another one is "white supremacist". Just like Biden / news calling the Proud Boys led by a black guy "white supremacist" they will call a black guy talking about mens rights a white supremacist. It's bizarre.

Of course there is a way. A man should have abortion rights independent of a woman. He cannot force her to carry a baby obviously. But, he can give up the parental obligation/ rights just like a woman does who aborts.

That is irrelevant. What is relevant is all women have the ability to do it. Rape is illegal for all men. The ability to ruin a man's life with a false accusation is not illegal in the same way

She raped him. Sex under false pretext is considered rape under the new woke rules. Of course it never seems to be applied when it is women raping men.

Just go through your house and replace these brands with new ones then never think about it again. Here is a list of P&G brands: https://us.pg.com/brands/ Very easy to do and I recommend to replace with healthier alternatives as all P&G stuff is highly industrialized crap. Regarding Media, almost all of it is anti-male. Make it easy for yourself instead of remembering studios etc. Just cancel all your subscriptions and stop seeing movies when possible. You can pirate media content via torrents, …

Even that does not help. My buddy had a girl claim him the father who he never met. He found out about it when the state started garnishing his wages. It took him like a year to fight it all while his wages were garnished. The system should be opt-in. Meaning a woman just cannot name a guy the father. The father needs to show up and do a positive action to become a father just like the woman did (by carrying out the pregnancy).

People vote for their "team" not for policies. When they actually read the policies (which is required when voting for props) a lot more people lean conservative. However, that does not mean they grew up with a conservative team, so they might still vote democrat.

Women would not wear short skirts and tight pants and midriff shirts if they did not love to be ogled by men. They simply want the power to punish an ugly man if he looks.

And you will then legally be responsible for her for 10 years even if you divorce and there is no alimony or child support. If she then later gets on welfare, then uncle sam garnishes your wages the same.

If having kids is so important that we can sacrifice men's lives so society can have more kids, then by that token shouldn't we force women to have kids under threat of jail / death? Obviously societies need for kids is not urgent. We probably have too many. That is why we do not force women to have kids. And, that is why we should not force men to die in place of women.

Wouldn't the wife want to put the welfare of her husband and children first? Seems logical
/r/MensRights27/10/20 03:49 AM

Exactly. Suddenly the "interests of the child" no longer matter when it is about the mother being required to document what she is spending on the child versus herself
/r/MensRights27/10/20 03:47 AM

The child would be greatly benefited if 50% of your salary was garnished and given to the child, so would you be opposed to the state doing that? Also, the issue of fraud is still present. Certainly, the man could owe $x,xxx to the child under law. But, due to the fraud the man would have the exact same $x,xxx of damages owed to him by the woman. Since when does having a child forfeit your responsibility to pay the damages that result from your fraud?

You can determine that through deductive reasoning. If men are working more, paying far more taxes, and are making more, and yet women are far less "unsheltered" then it only goes to reason it must be because a man somewhere is paying for them.

https://endhomelessness.org/demographic-data-project-gender-and-individual-homelessness/ Men far outnumber women in homelessness. It is worse than that data shows because that data counts women who are sheltered, couch surfing, etc, as homeless. Of those unsheltered the vast majority are men.
/r/MensRights26/10/20 02:13 AM

Far more men are homeless than women. When a woman loses her job she retires in the arms of a man. When a man loses his job he is on the street. Big difference.

One Men's right that should never be trampled on is the right to be honest and realistic. It is okay for men to look objectively and say that a obese woman with acne scarring all over her face is unlikely to be the victim of constant sexual unwanted attention. Is it possible? Sure. However, by probability it is very, very, very unlikely.

If someone locked your daughter up for a year in their basement and abused her how much jail time should that person get? A guy facing a false allegation oftentimes ends up in jail for a year or more waiting to prove innocence. Being abused by guards and inmates. Ostracized by family. All of this stems from the false allegation, so what kind of punishment should such a viscous crime have?
/r/MensRights14/10/20 06:28 AM
8

It really depends. For example, the false allegation could lead to the man being in jail for a year before trial (this happened to my friend) prior to being found innocent. Abused by guards and other inmates. Ostracized by his family and community. Not to mention the stigma following him for life. My question is what would be the sentence of a man who locked up a woman in his basement for a year and abused her? My guess is that it would be life.
/r/MensRights14/10/20 06:26 AM

Jurors only decide guilt or innocence. The judge decides sentence based on sentencing guidelines.

In this case I agree with you. A 10 year says a lot of shit and they have no accountability. However, violence by proxy is a strategy used by many women > 18. At a minimum, it should be considered inciting violence. No different than someone yelling in a crowd "Let's go kill some people!". It is riling someone up to commit violence on your behalf.

There is no need for alimony in any of theses situations. Simply require people to write actual marriage contracts when they get married. Anyone can choose how to divide property in their own contract.

Isn't the case where a young boy was raped by a woman and it resulted in a child basically the "Row v Wade for Men". In this case the court ruled it matters not that the boy was a victim of rape. He is still responsible to pay the rapist child support.
/r/MensRights29/09/20 04:47 PM

This is violence by proxy a type of criminality that should be made illegal, but never will because it is almost exclusively committed by women.

We should fully acknowledge the horror of financial rape. 99.9% of people earn money with their body. Thus, financial rape is forced use of someone's body for years. Rape is forced use of someone's body for a short duration of time. Both are horrible. I would never downplay how horrible sexual rape is. However, equally, I can acknowledge that financial rape is just as horrible. You underestimate financial rape because it is so common. It has become normalized. However, most people would likely c…

It can change. For example, at certain points in history women's testimony was not viewed as reliable. The pendulum swings. What happens is society creates a policy that works so well we forget why the policy existed (such as not admitting women's testimony as evidence). Then, we view the policy as oppressive as we forgot it's origins. Next, the reason for the policy arises again (women giving tons of false testimony). Over time, the pendulum swings and people realize that women's testimony is n…

Exactly. Why do you think at certain time periods women's testimony was ignored or reduced in courts? It was not just some random act where women's testimony was very reliable and some asshole was like let's only count a woman's testimony as 1/5ths that of a man! No, it was in response to crisis where women were giving lots of false testimony just like they do in modern times. In response, instead of ignoring the problem, society adapted by understanding that women often give false testimony. Wh…

Oh it needs to be way worse than that. They should get jail time equal to rape. In many cases their false accusation results in someone being jailed sometimes for as long as a year waiting trial. How long should someone be in prison for jailing someone for a year? I would say it deserves even more jail time than a simple rape. Hell, the person in jail for a year could have been actually raped!

The problem is the probably. The rules constantly change and they NEVER change in favor of men. 10 years from now they can rule it doesn't matter if you refer to her as your wife or even pay for it. Simply hanging out with her means you owe her.

I understand your viewpoint, but equality is the highest value, IMO. I personally do not care whether we have reproductive rights or not. What I care about is that everyone has the same reproductive rights no matter what those rights are. So, if you are saying you want to remove reproductive rights from women to bring equality then I am 100% in favor. That way everyone can share equal responsibility. If you want to give reproductive rights to men, then I am in favor of it, too. But, to allow wom…

It sounds like you cannot work. You are in california. Assuming your wife works, then why is she not paying you alimony? Child support and alimony are separate things. While you may owe child support she may owe alimony. Make sure you exercise your rights fully before you divorce or you will get screwed.

This is not an argument against putting women in the military. Women should be doing all the dangerous jobs men are required to do. They need to step up that is what equality is about. This is an argument they should be in all-female units.

I know quite a few bis/lesbos. They are all deeply unhappy. A common theme is they cannot get the chad they want, so they explore women. In every case in my circle they end up even unhappier with women. The stats on lesbian relationships are mind opening. The amount of violence in abuse in those relationships. What's interesting to me tho is the different standards they hold to each gender. For example, one woman is willing to be a sugar mama basically to a woman she is dating. Yet, with a man s…

if the CS payments are used to pay for a mortgage I never thought about that. If a man/woman get together and the man mistakenly lets the women make a mortgage payment she get equity in the house in most states. Yet, somehow, a child who is also together with a woman makes payments on a house and the woman gives up no equity in the house.

This is your child, your blood... That is the disconnect here. "Blood" does not make someone a father or a person's child. A conscious decision does. If I stole your sperm and impregnated a thousand women would you become responsible for all those children? What if you are an identical twin and your twin has a baby and thus biologically you are genetically the father too. Etc. The culture has moved on. Parenthood is a choice. The conversation should be around ensuring a child is never created un…

This to me demonstrates that violence is what creates change. Women were committing violence (a form of protest) against children and therefore society gave into their demands. Same thing happened with the american revolution and the civil rights movement. Men fail to obtain rights because they are too docile. That is an unfortunate fact. Be docile and be ignored. Obviously I am not saying to do what women do and harm children. That is unconscionable. However, men would be much better served if …

Female psychopaths are likely given sympathy. People try to analyze why a woman did a bad behavior and try to find a way to make her a victim as an explanation. Look at Johnny Depps abuser as an example.
