No it’s not. Unfortunately I don’t have the benefit of making shit up. I work at a hedge fund. Both rich families. She’s hot. Sorry you live in loserville.

Okay well thank you for your input. Have fun flying commercial for your adult life.

And I work at a hedge fund. Must be a real asshole. Jesus, you guys are pathetic. My IQ is definitely higher than yours, dick.

Yea okay I have bad morals. Good luck with that. Hahaha My past won’t affect us. I’m so in love with her and her with me. We’re good. We have our lives planned out. Both from great families. The words of a sheep don’t concern a lion. I’ll let you know how the wedding goes. Over 700 people believe in us and will be attending. It’s like half the people on here are losers. Jealous. Don’t have money. Don’t understand logic. Pathetic really, making ad hominem attacks when you don’t know me. Edit: and…

I’m a guy that can do as I please. First and foremost. Don’t care about anyone’s opinion minus my fiancé. And also it’s not that hard to understand. Didn’t love any of them. So who cares? She was also saying I damaged them. How? Do girls not have their own agency? I prefer low count or virginity because the mother of my kids is not going to be a hoe. Shows bad judgment. Bad morals. Don’t care if you or anyone else thinks it’s hypocritical. I have standards. I shouldn’t have done half the shit. I…

Okay I understand. Yea I never ranted or raved about traditional families on my way to my fiancé. Random actually. Walking across my old college campus. Hottest girl you’d ever see. (Like objectively she’s gorgeous). Turns out she wants to stay at home. She’ll have help. Never slept with anyone. Converted to my religion, Greek Orthodox from Catholic. Intelligent. From a wealthy family. Dad lets us use his G650ER. Needle in a needle stack with more needles around the needles. I just thought you w…

I meant I’d do it as a strategy. I’d go up to the friends in order to make nice with all of them. Then go after her once I found out she was single. Cycle? As in Lance Armstrong or motorcycle? And that’s fucking weird to go up to a girl when she comes out of the bathroom. I’ve started a conversation once but we were waiting outside. I was waiting for my girl cousins and she was waiting for her friend. Pleasant noise? lol I’m actually laughing. Idk what that means. Well it’s nice that you’re nice…
/r/PurplePillDebate15/08/24 03:44 PM

With my Norwegian fiancé, she isn’t a big fan when guys went up to her randomly. Worked for me obviously. To your other point, a guy has no business being out and going up to girls if he can’t read the situation. Every girl is different. If she’s with a group of girls I wouldn’t even go up to her, I’d go to one of her friends. Standing in front of them at the bar waiting to order. Turn and say do you guys want a drink? Bunch of other strats. Sometimes it’s as easy as making eye contact. You defi…

I’m lost on what you find to be sexist. I was reading your other comments. In your post you talked about “classic values” at the end. It’s sexist that I’m going to work and my fiancé is going to stay at home with the kids? Or am I in left field here?

Some girl on here was mad at me for being with a virgin while I had hooked up with girls in the past. She was essentially absolving girls of any responsibility. I mean 99% of the time it was the girls instigating. Obviously I was going up to them. But they were the ones asking to come over or me go over. She said I was ruining girls. Maybe two of them were mad and thought I misled them. Girls know what they’re doing. And quite frankly, I never misled any of them. Told them how it is.

Takes two seconds to make chicken or steak. Broccoli. Spinach. If there’s kids then yea it’s work. Two people no. We don’t live together. But I’ve cooked for her plenty of times. I don’t see it as work. She doesn’t either. Well she’ll never clean. Laundry will be more like work out clothes. She can even have someone do the laundry if she really wants. I don’t care. Yea exactly it’s to help each other. Cooking and laundry isn’t even equivalent to me working over 60 hours a week. More so depending…

I earn far more but she’s also from a very well off family. She has access to money on top of making a good amount. It’s about your last sentence. It’s about love and planning for everything. I added the planning because that rids any issues.

You’re not a mommy if you cook for the guy or do laundry. My fiancé will take care of the kids. Have cleaners. Cook and do laundry. All my suits are going to the dry cleaners anyway. I’ll work. Pay for everything. Planning those things out seems odd. “I cook then you cook.” lol no. She doesn’t see it like a chore. Taking turns seems like work. Relationships shouldn’t be tit for tat.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/08/24 06:43 AM

I had a Ford Fusion for a while. Great car to dick around in. So I don’t blame you for the Elantra. What color is the SF90?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/08/24 05:26 AM

I believe it. My parents steered me away from being a SEAL with my best friend. He still is now. I’m at a hedge fund. SF90 is sick. I ended up with a 812 Competizione for a Ferrari. I have several others. My dad has a bunch of cars too. How do you like the SF90?

I won’t agree or disagree here. Depends on the guys they’re going for. It’s not easy to capture a guy like me. My fiancé had plenty of guys try in high school and college. She was too difficult to capture for them. We met when she was 20 and I was 27. We’re not Pokémon. But I think capture is an accurate word. Dating apps sure. They have it easy. But in life I don’t agree. Especially if they’re hot/beautiful and intelligent. It’s so hard for them in real life. Girls like her. A lot of attention.…

I didn’t know that. That’s insane. Oddly enough we have more men in the family. Going all the way back to my great grandparents on both German and Greek sides. Family that has kids are mainly boys. Brother has sons. My mom makes a joke saying I’ll have only girls. Idk. Definitely did not know that we had mainly female ancestors.

Some get annoyed. It’s the ones that are embarrassed by their history. Or they’re those feminist types. I grew up in an area with all good looking girls. Some slept around. Some didn’t. Having standards aren’t bad. Mine are extremely, extremely high and it worked out for me. Getting married on Saturday. But it’s because I hold myself to a high standard.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/08/24 05:18 PM

Saw your flair and checked your profile. So I didn’t have to ask a million questions. First, you’re nuts for your job. Blood doesn’t bother me. But cutting into someone’s mouth, yea no. My aunt is anesthesiologist. I’d choose that if I had to be a doctor. I’ll stick with hedge funds thanks lol Anyway, I’m a big car guy. You said “multiple luxury cars.” What do you have?

The chances of me meeting someone like my fiancé was .00389% in America according to the reality calculator thing. And she’s from Norway so it’s even less. And I met her randomly walking across my old college campus. So less. Intelligent. Less. Extremely beautiful. Less. Best personality. Less. To think of all the life decisions we both had to go through to be at the same place and time and then me walk up to her is nuts. The difficult thing isn’t finding someone that likes you enough. It’s find…

Yea money doesn’t go as far and housing is expensive all over. What country do they have it? Well good for him moving on. And yes, Hawaii is nuts. A buddy of mine, his dad has two houses in Maui. One on the hillside with a lot of property overlooking the water. One on the beach basically. I went there to visit his family during college. We went to the grocery store. I was shocked. Dinners etc. bars. Pretty expensive out there. Hawaii, Los Angeles, Newport Beach, Malibu, New York City, London etc…
/r/PurplePillDebate14/08/24 07:33 AM

/r/PurplePillDebate14/08/24 07:25 AM

Thanks for saying I’m a good person. I’d like to think so as well. I just always thought about it as a kid. Ran for student office from 6th grade through high school. I figured I could make things better. Neither a zealot nor amoral. Maybe an ass sometimes. But I do it in jest. My mom, fiancé, and brother agree with you. They just think I should keep making money. Maybe start my own private equity firm. Who knows…

Yea I remember speaking to you about your job. I’m an attorney in NY technically. JD/MBA program in MA. But I work at a hedge fund now. Investment banking before. So I don’t operate as one.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/08/24 01:18 AM

Correct. I was just making a round about point that individuals are usually judgment proof, thus lacking the ability of making a payout.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/08/24 01:05 AM

Well it’s not the legality but the constitutionality that’s at issue in civil rights cases. Not to be a Debbie downer. Just making a point. Which I the hated Constitutional law class. Con law 1 & 2 were a drag.

The wrongful imprisonment is one thing. I was referring to Joe being accused of rape. Some middle class guy (some sales guy) and the woman goes on to report it to his bosses. Posts on Instagram or Facebook (which who uses that lol) and denigrates him. While civil litigators take a percentage rather than hourly, he’s still not going to really have a solid case.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/08/24 12:55 AM

Yea it’s highly competitive. Some firms only pull from Ivy schools. Working at a big firm burns a lot of people out. Same in investment banking or hedge funds. The pressure really is dependent on what type of law you’re in. Litigators have arguably the most. Appellate attorneys as well. Don’t care if it’s criminal or civil. And yes it’s all about retaining knowledge. Reading fast is a plus when you have to read all those stupid case law books. By the end I was just skipping to the rules. Unethic…
/r/PurplePillDebate14/08/24 12:52 AM

Funny video. I’m probably even worse to you then. I was in investment banking before and now a hedge fund. Further, I’m not bothered by the stereotyping. We all think it’s funny. I mean in the United States we have a very straightforward legal system. BUT, you’re not wrong. You have a lot of political appointees and otherwise that interfere with the system based on a whim or their political beliefs. I will say people are a bit dumb when they don’t get courts or the Supreme Court rather, don’t se…
/r/PurplePillDebate14/08/24 12:48 AM

Yes because people aren’t mainly judgment proof or anything…it’s difficult to obtain remedies in civil cases. I mean what are you even arguing the damages are for? Defamation? Libel? Slander? IIED is hard to prove and has certain elements. Lost wages? You’re far off dude. Civil “litigation” which most cases end by settling, is far more difficult than just going to an attorney.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/08/24 12:39 AM

Okay I’ll rephrase. The kids I went to school with and the majority of attorneys I knew/know do have high ethical standards. And you’re not wrong in your point whatsoever. I mean law school is not hard anyway. It’s all memorization. The hard part is dealing with rumors and nasty competitive people.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/08/24 12:21 AM

He was a man. Different judges have different views on various clients. Girl judges would hate on men. Sometimes hate women. Just all depended on the judge.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/08/24 12:16 AM

No we’re actually all mainly ethical. We even take classes on ethics and a test on it. The mythology is people making jokes about us going to hell. We just see things differently. Loop holes within loop holes. Doesn’t make us bad.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/08/24 12:15 AM

Yea it was impossible. I couldn’t just call her out. I don’t even know what that would look like. “Hey judge she’s perjuring herself.” Guys were doing dumb shit too. Usually hiding money. But I just figured it was good to have a law degree for politics later in life. I never wanted to be an attorney. I’d work in antitrust law if I had to. But too many hours for not enough money. Even the most successful ones don’t make enough for the work.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/08/24 12:13 AM

Granted, the judge didn’t believe her. Ended up with 50/50 custody. I’ve seen horrible behavior in court. Mainly wealthy clients. But, horrible people. Guys and girls.

Reading your post made me think of this case I had in law school. It was real for an actual family law firm. (Only worked for a few months and had a MBA program too. I’m an attorney but don’t work as one). Anyway, the partner of the firm and I were coaching Wife about her testimony the following day. We knew everything her and her friend (other witness) would say. Sometimes when you do direct examination, you’ll ask at the end is there anything. I was actually doing it. (You’re permitted as long…

Why is that even allowed? A subreddit of sex offenders? That’s disgusting. I won’t say what I really think should happen to them. But I’ll say their lives should be much more than “ruined.” Especially those that go after children.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/08/24 10:07 PM

Okay I understand. When I was in law school we all started off not knowing how to research case law. But, learned fairly quickly. I get that it’s completely different. Just trying to draw a small comparison. But I could probably teach you in a day how to do it. I’m sure what you’re doing is much harder. Law school is a joke. I was talking to a psychiatrist and a psychologist at this wedding back in January. Obviously one is MD the other was PhD. The PhD was explaining about a thesis (forget the …

Well I hope you’re able to get it and good luck to your career. I found meteorology to be interesting. Cool how it actually all works. Climatology, I don’t know much about. Geography yes and geology yes. Actually, I took quite a few geology classes. (Kind of addressed the climate re: Yellowstone going nutterbutters).
/r/PurplePillDebate13/08/24 09:33 PM

What are you getting it in?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/08/24 09:19 PM

I don’t understand what “research experience” means. What do you gain? Is it just having it on your resume/CV? Or you technically are not as good at researching as others? Lost in the sauce here.

Some guy on here was talking about living outside of Detroit. I googled house prices. There was one for $575,000 with almost 5,500 sqft. (Not familiar with the area, so I don’t know if that’s the best deal you can get). Bro, that would cost $10 M or more in Newport Beach, CA. NYC, forget it. People paying $4-5k in NYC for small apartments. It’s horrible. People with roommates paying a shit ton. Look at the cost of groceries alone. It’s insane depending on where you live. Nailed it right on the fucking head. If I didn’t go to an Ivy I would’ve been crucified. No investment banking? No hedge fund? Dead. My brother is in private equity. My fiancé went to an Ivy. (School isn’t everything but it helps with getting a job). My mom started her own company after we left the house. Dad was successful before he retired. Grand parents were. And great grand parents etc. I’m very comfortable on my own. But my parents and fiancé’s parents are far far far far more comfortable. …

When we go out with a big group of people I pipe up and say “girls first” to order. Then I’ll let the guys go before me. They think I’m being polite. In reality I don’t read the menu and just copy someone lol my fiancé caught on pretty quick.

Yea you’re absolutely correct. I mean we don’t have an issue with boundaries or jealousy. Guys DM her all the time. Thirsty fuckers lol “I play in the NFL.” And? Okay? She doesn’t pay attention. No one cares haha but yea there are certain people you have to keep at a distance.

I definitely understand the apprehension re: straight guy friends. My fiancé is fine with my younger girl cousins’ and their friends calling me for advice on jobs or guys. But it got weird about three weeks ago or so. One of them said they liked me. I said, “bro I’m getting married.” Anyway I told my fiancé and I don’t talk to her. Yea in my other comment was how I have dudes that are very busy as SEALs, a FBI agent, two other agencies. Hedge funds. Investment bankers. Lawyers. They live in different countries, states, or even in NYC with me. Obviously I have a couple favorites. But I still talk to everyone. You can make time by sending a text or making a call. Takes two seconds. Would you say you get more value out of being friends with girls? Or do you prefer guys? Or would you just say it’s just different?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/08/24 03:54 PM

I’d just add that guys and girls need time on their own with their respective friends in general. My fiancé gets everything you listed from me. Don’t get me wrong I like hanging out with all girls (her and her friends) or my younger cousin and her friends. But it’s different than being around dudes. She doesn’t want to talk about combat, hedge funds, racing, lifting, guns etc. being around guys without girls is necessary. I’m just saying it swings both ways for different reasons.

One of my best friends in an active duty SEAL on the East Coast. I’m at a hedge fund in NYC. No matter how busy with work we are, we still keep in close contact and see each other when possible. Other friends live in different countries. Other states. Various jobs that all require a lot of time. Not one lazy guy. Younger cousins in Germany and the United States. Overall it depends on the girl you’re going for. Girls that come from money will scoff at hourly employees. Not because they’re mean, they just have a certain standard. It’s kind of what the woman said above. People usually float within their own circles.

100%. I bought her roses one time when she came back from Norway. She looked at me like I was an idiot. She can’t stand things that don’t mean anything. Me too even. I mean what is romance? It’s different to each person. My fiancé buying me a 750S is romantic as hell. She knows what cars I like, the colors etc. She’s not about mushy gushy stuff. I’ve cooked for her multiple times and she loves it. Surprise trip. Stuff like that. No weird let’s make a mold out of our hands together stuff. Most girls I’ve ever dated are pretty unimpressed by the mushy gushy.

Guys and girls from different countries. We’re talking about this right now. The French girls basically just said what you said. Only one said it doesn’t matter. You do sacrifice a lot. Ah okay I understand now. My bad. The kids and marriage thing is becoming turbulent in many countries. South Korea and Japan are down on their birthrates. I don’t get having a kid out of wedlock like a lot of the French. I just don’t think it’s appropriate or necessarily healthy for the children. Many western cultures are getting away from more traditional values. Don’t get me wrong I fucked around a lot before my fiancé. And she knows it but doesn’t care. So did my brother for that matter. Not sure what country you’re from. My brother’s wife is from South Korea. We’re from the United States, but half Germans and half Greek. Both my fiancé (from Norway) and his wife were/are virgins. While mine is from the west, she still wasn’t messing around. Plenty of girls in South Korea are down to hookup. Japan and China too. So it’s not entirely a regional thing. There’s even a saying in Korean about riding a white horse. So it’s not like East Asia is entirely not sleeping around. Having kid…

You don’t sleep in the same bed as your bros? C’mon man. I crashed at my buddy’s place years ago. Drunk. Was on the couch by his bed watching tv. The guy started talking in his sleep. I had a small conversation with him before I realized he was asleep. I started throwing pillows. Nothing. So I got up and shook him. 5 minutes later the guy is at it again. He actually doesn’t do it anymore. But we don’t get to see each other too often.

The very end of your comment is exactly what it should be. Plus it’s nice to have someone to bounce ideas off of. You can talk about anything. Just out of curiosity, does he like your friends?

I mean it’s not fair to say that either. It depends on what the girl’s beliefs are. My fiancé is fine with my past. Some girls wouldn’t be okay with it. To each their own. My standards are mine alone. It’s not about changing what “they” (girls) desire. It’s about not using a guy as a last resort. You can argue and say “well I thought I liked investment banker types but now I want an artist.” Okay great. I mean like using a guy or even guys using girls (in all fairness) just to be a staple in the…

I’m sensitive yea okay lol. Good luck haha I worked in investment banking before hedge funds. Nothing I haven’t heard. Maybe you don’t have game or aren’t good looking. But it’s seriously not hard bro. So no it’s not bad advice. You have to keep trying. Otherwise just be alone.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/24 04:36 AM

No you’re fine. If you’re not screwing around you’re good. Meaning if you’re screwing around and then suddenly rushing for a dude, that’s bad. If you’re being serious and you just happen to be older. You’re 100% fine. And forget about the attraction part. I find plenty of women attractive in their 40s etc. The nuance for me is about screwing around. I just don’t want to be someone’s last resort. So maybe I didn’t articulate myself well. I’m not a sperm donor or a bank roll. I wanted someone to b…

I just would never marry or date someone over 26. My fiancé (getting married next weekend) is 22. I’m 29 almost 30. She didn’t make the right decisions (aka fucking around) or put her career first. My Norwegian went to an Ivy. Great job at a top firm. But she wants to be a mom. Plus there’s no way I’d risk having her being older with geriatric eggs. Granted, we both don’t have any genetic issues. No diseases/allergies etc in either family. No mental stuff. Nothing. There is a woman my mom is fri…

Well that’s certainly different. Great forsure but I wasn’t expecting that answer at all. I think we’ve all had some poor dating experiences. Some worse than others. But that’s good you guys had something in common instead of it being some random club hookup. Which is fine I guess but you understand the sentiment. My Norwegian knew my ex gf who was from Norway too. So that was a thing for a minute. Ultimately, she didn’t care. Not friends but knew who she was. We met when I was walking across my…

I’ll jump in and say no. It’s the weird thing that happens as girls get older. I’m 29 almost 30. Marrying my fiancé next weekend at 22. When they get older all of a sudden they start scrambling. They want kids. A husband. Either to compete with their friends or their own insecurity. I had a girl (27/28 I forget) tell me (before my fiancé) she wants to be “retired” in a couple years. Nannies, chefs, driver, and access to my card. No taking care of the kids. If a girl didn’t party and still wants …

I’m marrying a Norwegian next weekend after we all leave Paris. So everyone is foreign lol I’m not going to take offense to you saying it’s a joke or a meme. But it’s odd you saying that. She’s brilliant, from a wealthy family, beautiful/hot, so it’s not like there’s a money thing going on if that’s what you’re implying. They have kids. It’s healthy. The “just talk to her” advice is simply that. If you don’t have game then practice. Everyone gets rejected. I don’t care how good looking you are. …

Well I’m one of those guys and it’s why I make comments here. To try and help people get away from silly things. Specifically dudes. And to your second point, smartass, it’s seriously not hard. All you have to do is just talk to girls. It’s not complicated. I don’t understand what you or I being white has to do with anything. Race is also not complicated. My brother is married to a South Korean. No one says anything. I guess I don’t understand your last point.

The biggest issue is we all have different experiences to pull from. I think most of these questions are odd. Do these guys not go out? Talk to hot girls? I don’t get it. But me not getting half of it is part of the problem too. The whole guy/girl thing is so straightforward in my mind. It’s not like some crazy puzzle. Some people make it so complicated. Some girls like attention and others don’t. End of.

Most hot/beautiful girls are going to think you’re weird. It’s horrible advice to put on makeup. Guys that are attractive aren’t going to do it because we’re men. Don’t care about “facial beauty.” Sure I take care of my skin. But it’s weird and girly to put on makeup not because I know having abs can get girls as well as my face. It’s all good so long as the people love each other. Respect each other. Put each other first. My little girl cousins that are in their early 20s prefer dudes in their 30s. Yea I missed that last part of your post. I apologize. I’m 29 so we’re around the same age. My fiancé is 22. So I’m not foreign to discrepancies in age lol But yea I think he’s attractive too. Yea our entire family is. Including my cousins etc. My dad looks like Brad Pitt in the face. Probably the closest I can think of. Blonde with blue eyes. But the face structure is similar. Mom looks like Kate Beckinsale. Slightly different eyes and more tan. I’m brown hair with green eyes. My older brother is brown hair with blue eyes. He’s a little taller than me. I’m 6’. He looks more German like our dad. I look closer to our mom.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/24 01:21 PM

Well I didn’t argue that I didn’t have a monetary advantage. I mean buying me cars had nothing to do with my hard work to make it. Shit, even my fiancé bought me a car recently as a gift. Doesn’t give me an advantage… Maybe we’ll agree to disagree on this subject. I enjoy reading your comments when I run into you on here. So I’d like to remain cordial. I did a JD/MBA program at an Ivy League school. I also went to undergrad at the same school. I don’t think it’s exactly trash, but there were people in both grad/undergrad that shouldn’t have been there. Everything in life should be based on merit and working hard. What’s your PhD going to be in?

Looks at how historical records of female monarchs have a higher percent chance of starting a war. You also have to realize that even in jobs where you make money women avoid. Look at Norway. They’ve been “equal” for a long time. They are very stratified. The girls take teaching, nursing jobs etc. at far higher rates. In America, girls are graduating at higher rates. I look around at investment banking or hedge funds, and there’s far more guys. Cry sexism all you want. The fact remains, men take…

Do you guys ever talk to anyone successful or normal? “AMALT.” No guys don’t have an unquenchable thirst. We’re definitely not lonelier. Girls scramble around when they hit late 20s early 30s to get married and have kids. And we don’t need women to lead us. That’s why we’re in control of the world. Maybe a Daenerys Targaryen is fine. You sound unhinged. I doubt your standards are that high. In real life, if you’re around successful guys there is no shortage of girls. Single women are not more content. That’s why more get closer or older than me at 29 and start scrambling to get married and have kids. Guys aren’t threatening women or taking away rights. /r/PurplePillDebate24/07/24 01:43 PM

Yea my fiancé is from Norway. If you look at how many parties they have or the Germans as well it’s better. We don’t agree with having a two party system here.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/24 11:44 AM

Which she would’ve been okay. Better than Kamala. And please tell me you’re not one of those people that thinks the electoral process is bad.

Well I’m happy for you guys. That’s sick. We actually hate buying things for each other. She has everything already from her parents. (Her dad is a “kabillionaire”). Close to it anyway. They have a G650ER. Ferraris, a Koenigsegg etc. She does work at a big firm. She’s educated and works hard. So don’t think less of her. I bought her a car for after our wedding in 18 days or so. It’ll be here when we fly back. Kind of equitable. The funny thing is, she just likes little things. Notes that I leave…

Financial inequality? Do you actually believe it’s unfair in the world?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/24 10:03 AM

lol no we’re not those types of guys. More like “how you iz gurl you fine az hell.” Nah I just walked up to her and asked some bullshit question. I got her number etc. took her out. The cringe part if anything, was I memorized some Norwegian. And I told her she was the most beautiful girl in the world on the date. Hahaha so stupid but actually true. She smiled and said something along the lines of “you should learn more Norwegian because many people always tell me that.” I was like damn son. She…
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/24 08:46 AM

For real. My brother, myself, my friends all met their fiancés or wives by walking up to them. It’s seriously not that hard to talk to girls. Worrying about rejection is stupid. Just do it.

What? I’m not sure what you read that indicated that I said she enjoyed it. If anything you should’ve picked up me being against it when I said, “what made it weird…so when did the relationship really start?” Edit: I was actually mad about the whole thing. I really liked her too.

Oh I wasn’t trying to be rude and say you’re wrong. I’m saying it happens and gave one of two examples I know of. Yea that was weird forsure. No way did they not do anything when she was 16/17. So weird.

You say that but girls in college will date those dudes. Before my second girlfriend in college (first in high school) I had a crush on this on girl. I was trying to get her. Then she told me she was dating some 31 year old dude. She was 18. You can do whatever you want as an adult. But what made it weird was they were family friends. And he knew her since she was 8. So when did that relationship really start? Supposedly it was first year. I ain’t buying it but whatever. My parents are about 20 …

Who is older? If you don’t mind me asking. And what’s something you wish you knew before becoming a parent? My fiancé and I are getting married in less than a month. Trying for kids a year after. We want 3 sons but we’ll see what happens.

Certainly not how my mom views my brother and me. Nor how my brother’s wife views their sons. Strict household mainly because of our dad. If anything she was the good cop while remaining strict. None of the above applies. In my observation of my friends that are from all dude households the same holds true. Moms are the nicest out there and truly care about their sons.

Ich auch. Und ich kann Deutsch natürlich. Greichisch is such a dumb language. It’s unnecessarily hard sometimes. I speak other languages fluently. I’m learning Korean right now because of my brother’s wife. She speaks English fluently. I can hold a simple conversation. But the grammar is so backwards it hurts my head sometimes. Their kids are learning Korean and I’m not about to be out of the loop by my nephews haha And I understand your point about anonymity. Edit: and lol at Καλημέρα. You woul…

Where are you from if you don’t mind me asking? We’re German/Greek. Still visit family in both places. On a side note my brother and are both married/engaged to girls from other countries. Korea for him. Norway for me. We didn’t do it on purpose. It just happened. But I’m glad for his kids and my future ones. It’s nice to have someone that speaks other languages to teach the kids. Visit the families in their countries etc. the kids will be exposed to more that way.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/24 04:29 AM

That’s the word on the street apparently. I’ll be working so much that I won’t really be around in the beginning. Then I have plans other plans that will take up a lot of time in the future. Anyway, we’re both excited. I’m more excited about when they get older and can actually speak. I’m afraid of holding babies. I feel like I’ll break them haha
/r/PurplePillDebate21/07/24 07:39 PM

In descending order 1,4,3,2,5. I wouldn’t put up with any of that. No way. Way too much going on to deal with it. And what wasn’t on the list: a girl that cares too much about what others think. Upgrading her engagement ring to be bigger than “Sara’s” or getting another Birkin because Kate bought a new one. That type of stuff is so beyond me.

No it’s not. The body count thing is an entirely different subject. As far as having children is concerned that’s the most valuable thing. Your body doesn’t have to change so much anyway. My mom had two kids. Both of us over 9 pounds. I was the second. She’s always been in shape and lost the weight within 6 months or so. Our parents are still married. People age but it’s not a big deal. As far as money is concerned. I don’t blame certain girls at all. My fiancé comes from a very wealthy family a…

Nice. I now remember I think we spoke about it before. My bad. I have it memorized now. Torts was a wild class for me. That’s what everyone is telling us. We’re going to try in a year or so after we get married in less than a month. For some reason we’re not really worried. Maybe we’re being stupid. Who knows… I’m more preoccupied with the type of people they will become. Pretty much everything is planned out. We’ve talked at great length about every facet of “their” lives. What’s the biggest th…
/r/PurplePillDebate21/07/24 05:32 PM

I am too (technically). However, I don’t work as an attorney. JD/MBA, bar etc. Now I work at a hedge fund. Just thought it would be smart to have a law degree. My fiancé wants to stay at home until the kids are older. (None yet but we want three). She’ll cook, do some laundry, and take care of the kids. Everything else will be done for her. She’s an accountant at a big firm now. (Which you’d never guess she’s an accountant). Congratulations on the children. Anyway, what kind of law?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/07/24 05:17 PM

Do you both work?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/07/24 04:42 PM

I do the dishes when I’m done eating. (Fiancé and I live separately). Laundry once per week. (Mainly workout clothes). Suits/shirts go to dry cleaners. Towels and sheets once per week. Cleaners come twice per week for everything else. We live in NYC so no outdoor work.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/07/24 04:40 PM

Oh okay. I apologize. I misunderstood. Being super short would be horrible. I know there’s height requirements for fighter pilots and SEALs. Not sure what other jobs would predicate discrimination on height. As far as girls are concerned, yea that would blow if you’re 5’2”. But like the other dude said. Girls that are obsessed with height are just nuts. If she’s 5’8” and wants a tall guy, I get it. But if she’s 5’0” refusing to talk to a 5’10” guy. That’s just stupid.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/07/24 06:49 AM

The 4’11” girl I referred to ended up dating (and breaking up with) a 6’4” guy. Would never hear the end of how tall her boyfriend was. That’s a great way to look at it and I agree with your point. You either have game or you don’t. There was this awkward dude in high school. About 6’3” or so and good looking. The guy was just awkward with girls. In the end, height is unchangeable (unless you do that psychotic surgery) and there are plenty of girls that don’t care. How tall are the girls you nor…
/r/PurplePillDebate21/07/24 06:36 AM

Because we talk about it? How do you not know how tall your friends are? I can tell you how much they weigh and how much they can bench press too if you’re so inclined haha
/r/PurplePillDebate21/07/24 06:24 AM

I’m 6’0” even. I had a 4’11” girl tell me I was too short in college. My best friend is 5’10”. He gets girls all the time. Another dude is 5’9”. Doesn’t matter. There are so many girls in the world. My other best friend is 6’5” and he actually hates it. If some girl is picky about height, who cares? Move on to the next. Now if you’re 5’2” I feel bad. But average (which I think is 5’8”-5’9” in the United States isn’t bad).
/r/PurplePillDebate21/07/24 06:16 AM

That’s cool that you have long term friendships with them. Haha yea the studying was a big thing. What is an interested manipulator? (I can kinda guess but I’ve never heard of it).
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/24 03:24 PM

Surrounded by girls in school but not buddy buddy. Help them with studying or advice for guys. Mainly inviting them to parties or getting invited etc. going to lunch with a group of them. My only “girl friends” are through my younger cousins, my brother’s wife, or my fiancé. Any of them can call/talk to me about a problem or a need for advice and I’ll answer. I usually just hang out with my boys when I can. My best best best friend lives in another state and is gone for work 90% of the time. But…
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/24 03:17 PM

I didn’t articulate myself well. I meant more we’re at a party and the guys start rough housing, jump in the pool/ocean, or just get rowdy etc. “Men are dumb.” A small comment laughing at guys messing around isn’t misandry. I see the jokes as jokes. Now if you’re saying that as an outright and factual statement then yes of course it’s misandrist.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/24 03:01 PM

The only time I’ve ever run into it was at school. One time and it was directed at me for being a white man. Outside of that one instance, I’ve never met any girl that’s said anything misandrist. Maybe “teehee haha men are dumb” but that’s not really misandrist.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/24 02:47 PM

It definitely will backfire on people. Don’t get me wrong. I’m not bouncing around like a psycho. But I’ll get out there and am not afraid of talking to strangers. Yea the beach is perfect. Granted I live in NYC now. But I grew up on the beach in California. People should take care of themselves. Sure a six pack isn’t everything but being out of shape doesn’t help. Especially if you’re trying to talk to girls.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/24 12:20 AM

At the beach definitely works. I went out with a girl for a short time I met when I just walked up and asked if I could play volleyball with them. I totally understand about being at a place people go. The whole frenzy thing to me is foreign. I just don’t see it as a big deal talking to people in general, let alone girls.

/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/24 10:47 PM

I agree college life is way easier. Forsure. I just don’t agree with you saying walking around the world and going up to them is tough. For as many girls as have come up to me, DM’d me, me getting them, I’ve been rejected a million times. Boyfriends, not interested, not the right time etc. You can have everything going for you: looks, height, education, job, money blah blah blah. You’re going to get rejected. The sooner you realize that it happens and it doesn’t matter, the sooner you understand…
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/24 10:43 PM

I don’t know how old you are but in college I would just walk up to girls, get their numbers and ask them out. No alcohol involved or dating apps. Work is a no no because if it goes south it’s bad. Plus in my line of work I’d never date any of these girls. I met my fiancé walking across my old college campus. She was still in school at the time. I just walked up to her. If you don’t want to go to bars or have girls dm you/or you them on ig then you can just walk up to one. It’s really not that h…
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/24 10:28 PM

No that is ridiculous. There should be none of that. With my soon to be wife in a month and I, we never swear, name call, yell or any of that. We’ve probably only disagreed 3 times. And nothing even seriously. Just like go to this wedding I didn’t want to go to. Anyway, you should never be disrespectful. Everything should just be handled logically.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/24 11:30 PM

Yea dude. You’re going to get rejected here or there because she has a boyfriend or something. I have a theory about hot/beautiful girls. Dudes won’t go up to them as much. Now the guys I know will. But I swear they’re easier to talk to. I’m engaged now so I don’t talk to girls anymore. And I met her by going up to her on my old college campus. So it’s possible to find the one by just walking up. Even if she’s totally beautiful.

It’s okay haha my guy friends and I call each other hoes. It’s all shit talking or joking. So I just added it. Anyway, I went to law school in Massachusetts but took the New York bar as I live there now (well and before the program). From California. I misspoke. I didn’t mean going to the library and people at the same table. That didn’t annoy me. Or people joining me. I mean like asking each other questions and arguing. Did you have a favorite part (not subject) about law school?

Yea I just don’t like being touched in general. I’ll give my friends a hug that I haven’t seen in a while. But the only person is my fiancé. And I’ll mess around with her too. But yea don’t touch me. I also understand some cultures kiss each other on both cheeks and are more touchy. I just mean overly touchy shit. Finally, I agree that sentiment needs to die. I’ve never felt threatened. It’s just annoying.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/06/24 11:39 AM

Ah yea I understand that. I mean it goes both ways. Couldn’t tell you how many times I’ve been groped or touched on my abs/chest by random girls at clubs/beach clubs/bars. I don’t mean like they’re flirting. I mean straight up passing by and being weird. My friends have similar experiences. But people that touch kids should be brought out back behind the barn. Not good when it happens to girls either.

Bro that’s not true at all. Girls and even their parents target guys. I’m still getting chased and I’m engaged, ready to get married in August. I went to a wedding in January and a girl and her mom were being weird as hell. Saying women do no such thing is silly. They absolutely go after guys. They’re usually more tactile about it. Not to be a dick but it’s reality. If you’re successful and good looking, you will be chased. My mom has warned me my whole life to be wary about girls. They compete …
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/24 06:28 AM

They do avoid them. I think investment banking is only 20 something percent women. Hedge funds are similar. Maybe more or less. I never looked it up. Far more women attorneys that I know that are successful. My mom started her own business after I was the last of two to leave the house. Over 1,000 employees now. My fiancé will do the same after the kids leave or take over her business. Women aren’t weak. I just don’t think they’re typically as ambitious to be at the top. Or they don’t like those…

We took in a case. Wife was the client. She had already done some work on her own. (Which seemed like the docs were written by a 5 year old). I won’t go into extreme detail. But in the files were pictures of her daughter. She claimed the dad abused her. Apparently we found it was her to make it look like Husband did it. Anyway, I took the pictures outside and borrowed a lighter from one of the lawyers who smokes cigars. Burned them. Very disturbing. My brain didn’t register what I saw. What kind…

That kind of perturbed me, but definitely made it a better job. Idk. All I can say is that if I had to be an attorney for a job I’d rather work in commercial real estate or anti trust and securities. That’s a fair argument. When I was getting my JD/MBA, I had a short internship at a family law firm before going back into finance. I saw a lot of wealthy men and women get totally screwed. So I’m a bit jaded. But yes having money eliminates a lot of problems. And waiting at airports lol

Nah the dudes at my (not mine the one I work for) hedge fund or at my brother’s PE firm or at my friends’ IB firms all date younger or are married to women in their 20s. You have to snap those guys up quickly and with conviction. I mean one of my bosses that’s 39 just got engaged with a 23 year old. The rest of us are all ready locked down.

I meant like break up in the sense of a relationship without kids. I misspoke. If you have a child you really shouldn’t breakup until they go to college. Anyway, that is ummm… no bueno. That sounds horrible. I feel bad for her. The resentment thing too is sad. Yea my mom, fiancé’s mom, and her are all small. My brother and I were over 9 pounds. Fiancé wants 3 kids. But my mom snapped back to being small quickly after she had me. (Baby of the family). Her mom did too. So I’m assuming she’ll be fi…

That’s nice! I’m happy for you! I was walking across my old college campus and saw her. I made up some bs and then just changed the subject. We spoke for a while and I told her I’d take her out. When we went out we spent hours talking. I knew she was the one. So kinda similar. August is when we’re getting married, which she already planned with our moms thankfully. I hate that stuff. She was really and still is like a breath of fresh air. So intelligent and just easy to talk to. We agree on ever…

Well that’s not good. I’ve never cheated nor would I when she gets pregnant. Cheating is actually the dumbest thing. Just break up? I’ve seen some really messed up shit throughout my life with guys and girls cheating. Not cool.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/06/24 03:01 PM

Is that true? I didn’t know that having kids makes divorce more likely. Interesting. But like I said in another comment. It’s not bad to not want kids. As long as you’re happy and in a healthy relationship, who cares?

I live in NYC now too. I’ve met a lot of successful women through work or just socially through my fiancé in NYC. They don’t give a flying fuck unless you match or exceed what they make. Hedge fund/IB or die basically lol. Seems like it anyway. But yes you’re right it’s not reflective of the world. And as far as being child free is concerned I don’t see anything wrong with it. She wants 3 kids and I don’t really have an opinion. (She’s the one giving birth haha). I’m up for anything. Whatever sh…

lol that’s a first on Reddit. I’ve never run into anyone from Newport Beach on here. I’m not denying that there are all types. And yea maybe I’ve just been around those girls my entire life. If a girl is good looking, in shape, intelligent, etc., she can demand the same in the guy. Nothing wrong with it.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/06/24 02:22 PM

The 6 pack 6 figure thing could be where he’s from. I split my time in oc/la growing up. There, the girls are extremely demanding starting in high school. They come from money and are good looking. So if you’re a bozo or out of shape it won’t happen. Go out in Newport Beach and you’ll know what I’m talking about. Granted, social media makes it seem more pervasive than it actually is in the country. And I don’t subscribe to the red pill either. But I’m pretty sure good looking girls that have/com…

/r/PurplePillDebate25/06/24 10:45 AM

Dude too. 1,503 contacts in my iphone. But that goes all the way back to high school. (So doesn’t really count). 3 friends in the military. 7 that live in different countries. Family and friends in the United States, 16. Work 8. Mostly people in charge of me blowing up my phone. And finally my fiancé at 1 (obviously). So 35 total that I’m in constant contact with. Edit: downvoted for being social. Sick.

I’m basically 7 years older at 29 than my fiancé. And we’ve been together a little over two years. No one cares. To be honest if I wasn’t with her I’d never date a girl my age.

Idk the whole thing is weird. But I feel what you’re saying.

Yea 100% dude. I mean I see a lot of that on here. I’m not blue pill but I’m sure as shit not red pill. More of like I’ll do whatever I want pilled. My relationship is pretty equal. I ask her opinion on bigger things. But 99.99% of the time she just leaves me alone. I value her brain and she values mine. I know what I’m doing. Plus she knows how to deal with me. Be logical and nice. Then I’ll listen. But some of the dehumanizing things I see on here is ridiculous.

Yea that’s a bit strange. I think most people are nice at the end of the day. I will admit I work with a bunch of psychos. (Love long hours and a bunch of work horses). But in real life everyone is pretty nice. So don’t worry the human race is fine and dandy. I don’t think that broken down thing is a thing. Popular tactic I mean.

Okay I get what you’re saying. And the shaving part is hilarious. Don’t get me wrong. I always made a move or strongly hinted at something. But I’d leave it in the girl’s hands. Typically not pressuring and acting aloof at times actually gets you what you want more so than being aggressive. As a guy anyway.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/06/24 11:54 AM

You and I spoke before. Anyway, idk what you’re saying. Is the 3rd date like a hardline for you? When I was single I always kinda left it in the girl’s hands. I mean meeting a girl at a bar/club is one thing. But going out on a date is different.

The truth is that as girls get older (think 27-early 30s) all of a sudden they want marriage and kids. I’m not a sperm donor. I want/have someone that wants to be a mom first. Then you have to filter through gold diggers etc. Plenty of dudes are willing to date older girls. I wouldn’t. Finally, I don’t know a single dude (my dad, fiancé’s dad, bosses, friends in the military, HF, IB, PE, doctors, lawyers) that’s with someone the same age or older. All younger wives or gfs. From 20 years younger …

One of the dudes in charge of me is 39 and his fiancé is 23. Parents are over 20 years apart. I’m 7 years older than my fiancé. All of the guys I know are older than their girls. No matter the profession. No one cares. Reddit gaslighting bs is exactly bs. No one says shit in real life.

Honestly fuck Vegas. I really don’t like it at all. I’ve been there several times (for birthdays etc.). I don’t gamble at all. Once at 21 playing craps and turned $400 into almost $5,000. Will never gamble again. But yea that race didn’t interest me. I’ve only been to one and I didn’t pay for it. I went to Austin for a F1 race. Had a whole weekend. Super cool man. Monaco is my dream to see a F1 race. Australia is probably sick too.

Just out of curiosity how did you guys meet? We met as I was walking across my old college campus. I saw her and started talking to her. Asked some bullshit question and then changed the subject.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/24 08:08 PM
2

That’s dope. I’d like to go to Daytona. Yea F1 races are extremely expensive. Then you really have to stay the weekend wherever it is. And you’re going out so it’s even more cash. It’s not like dropping $200 to go to Disneyland lol
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/24 07:33 PM

Then we finally agree. I do agree that my situation is unique and that men shouldn’t screw themselves. And yea you’re also correct mid 6 doesn’t cut it at all. We live separately now. I outright own my place (no mortgage). But she wants 3 kids. So I’m going to sell and buy another place soon after we get married. 3 kids means 3 tuitions for middle-high school, then at least 3 more cars, then 3 college tuitions, then maybe 3 grad school tuitions. Yea I don’t blame you. Nice, dirt bike racing is cool. I rode them when I was younger. I’m more of a crotch rocket dude now. I’d love to race on the Isle of Man. It’ll never happen but I dream haha F1 is my shit though. I love F1. I’ll even watch F2 and F3 races. MotoGP too. Just love racing dude.

Kinda made it lol. I’m 29 and my fiancé is 22. She’s almost 23 if that counts haha we’re getting married in August. My parents are a little over 20 years apart. But they met when she was 27 or 28. Still married with two sons (older brother).

Nice. I had a couple ARTs. I bought them off my friend who was racing. He ended up paying to test in Indy. Didn’t work out. But I track cars when I can. I love cars and motorcycles. Do you watch F1, Indy, NASCAR, or GT at all?

Not sure what your definition of “women are against age gap relationships” is or where you’re getting your data from. I don’t know a single dude that’s with a girl his age or older. None of my friends: military, lawyers, doctors, IB dudes, HF, PE, or my bosses. The max I know of is one of my bosses. He’s 39 and his fiancé is 23. In real life women are not against it at all.

What’s a healthy age gap to you?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/24 04:52 PM

Dude it’s especially funny on here. It’s not reflective of real life at all. No one in real life comments on our almost 7 year age difference. Nothing about her staying home in the future. Absolutely nothing is said. But it’s nice running into people like you. It reminds me that Reddit isn’t real life haha

Damn I never thought of a Draco Hermoine combo. Not a bad theory. Then who should have Harry been with? Certainly you don’t think Ginny. You got a dragon…the rabbit thing does not fit my build or personality lol lucky was Edit: lucky ass*

I can respect it. I’m just a Gryffindor I guess, despite thinking I was Slytherin as a kid.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/24 12:41 PM
2

Yea I’ve read the books several times, cover to cover. Even went to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal lol That is true. She was possessed herself. Hermoine was there from day one that’s all. And I just think Hermoine is the goat. Goat should be with goat. Ginny is tough but not as intelligent as Hermoine. Maybe that’s my reasoning. Edit: had to add “lol”
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/24 12:34 PM

I think that she’s the most intelligent out of the three. She’s able to connect with Harry on a different level than the other girls in the books including Ginny. She knows the pain Harry went through. She knows how to handle him. Maybe I see my fiancé in her and I’m conflating myself with Harry. Kinda stupid I suppose. Not saying I’ve been through anything too painful. I’m just saying I see Hermoine as someone that can do whatever she puts her mind to. Harry is strong but needs a bit of a push …

Yea fair enough. I have certain types and can’t explain them. South Korean girls (been there several times) or white girls with blonde or jet black hair with blue eyes. My brother ended up with a South Korean from South Korea. I ended up with a Norwegian from Norway. So we both got our types in the end haha
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/24 12:18 PM

Okay I disagree with the first part. Hermoine has a similar attitude to my fiancé. She leaves me alone for the most part but can say “stop riding motorcycles they’re dangerous.” And bicker. Which I am going to stop because it’s too annoying lol. Good for you writing and a business owner! What do you do for business/write?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/24 12:13 PM

Wait what? I mean I won’t talk shit. But is there a reason behind not wanting a guy with abs? Or is it just like a thing you can’t explain? I get that if it is.

2

Gryffindor here. Although I always thought I was a Slytherin as a kid. Then I took the Patronus test. Apparently it’s a fucking rabbit. So I’m a Gryffindor rabbit slanging wizard. Two other questions. Do you think Hermoine and Harry should’ve been together? And if you lived in Harry Potter land what would you have as a job? (Say you’re a sick wizard and reasonably powerful).

(Which she is making me give up motorcycles and skydiving, even though my fiancé flys down the mountain skiing like a psycho). Not as fast as me haha I will say it takes her being very special to be with someone like me. I want to go into politics or start my own PE firm when I’m in my 40s/50s. All a negotiation. Not married yet. But in a couple months. That money isn’t ours. My family’s isn’t either. We don’t ask for anything, nor would/will we. Yea it probably doesn’t apply. I work at a hedge fund so saying I’m marrying into money thinking I don’t make my own is silly. It’s not ours like I said. But my argument is that she’s not out to fleece anyone. Neither was my mom or her mom. There are girls out there that want a successful dude that aren’t gold diggers. Finally, the socialite shit isn’t a thing f…

So my dad and her dad got fleeced too? She can do whatever she wants. She plans on taking my mom’s business over (like they’ve discussed) or starting her own when the last kid leaves the house or when they’re in high school. It’s not traditional values. It’s the fact we’ve seen kids raised by a nanny or get sent to some boarding school. We don’t believe that’s the best way to raise children. I wish you could meet her. Yes, you can include clauses about what happens to future property or money acquired/earned during the marriage. (How they would be divided in the event of a divorce). It also addresses debt. You can also terminate spousal support or outline what will happen in the event of a divorce. Premarital assets are supposed to remain separate property. But it doesn’t stop people from going after separate property. It especially helps in tracing when separate property money is (stupidly) being deposited i…

Combat. As in those engaged in combat. Not sitting behind a desk during a war or driving a truck. When the U.S. Army is at war they’re all technically at war. But it’s not talking about those directly involved. In Iraq and Afghanistan we lost 7,000 men. 1.9 million men and women were deployed over a 20 year period. Less than 15% saw combat or were even assigned a combat role. 3.6 million women gave birth last year alone. You seriously don’t get your own articles or how combat works.

Calling half of the United States horrible is silly. But think what you want. Also Roe v. Wade was a bad decision. It’s in the hands of legislators to decide whether or not abortion should be federally protected. Not the Supreme Court. Further, those that whine about the Court being packed one way, neglect to realize that it’s been going on forever. The Court swings back and forth over the years. Same goes with federal judges. As far as misandry is concerned I agree.

I’m not surprised because many people aren’t like myself or my fiancé. We put each other first. Don’t get me wrong I’ve seen horrible relationships in my life. Horrible marriages. Guys that don’t care about their wives. Women that are gold diggers. Just please try not to be so negative. I don’t know what you’ve been through or what you’re doing now. But a little positivity goes a long way.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/05/24 02:55 AM

What a horrible outlook. “Whoever cares less usually wins.” That is such a sad view of relationships. You’re both supposed to care the most. Then in marriage put each other first. When both are happy the children will be happy. But my goodness. I could never be with someone who thinks like that. That’s so unhealthy.

Thanks. I already found her. Walking on campus when I went back to my university. Walked up to her and made up some bullshit to talk to her. She’s from Norway and total knockout/intelligent/baller. Anyway we’re getting married soon. I’m excited but nervous in a sense.

I’m German and Greek but born here in the United States. My mom is Greek and she’s first generation. She met my dad at work. We’re Greek Orthodox Christians. And I’m serious about my religion. But by no means are we weirdos. We learn about other religions and don’t push our beliefs on other people. As far as my fiancé. She’s Norwegian. We met when I was walking across campus at my old university. I walked up to her actually and made up some bullshit. The guys at work etc. they’re not religious n…

I think the problem here is that we’re all using our anecdotal experience and just going to disagree. My other comment here is a good example. Because all I’m seeing is dudes with girls in their 20s. So me applying it to the masses would be silly. But you get what I’m saying re: anecdotal.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/05/24 07:36 PM

My fiancé is about 7 years younger than me. I’m 29. My parents are far apart in age. Before her I was really only with younger girls too (even if it was a year less). Not by choice but it just happened. All the guys from work that are in their 30s and dating or married to girls in their 20s. Shit one of my bosses that’s 39 is engaged to a 23 year old. So maybe the average is close. But I’m not seeing it around me. Edit: parents are over 20 years apart

Newport Beach. I’m from la but my parents have a house there too. I live in NYC now and work a lot so it’s hard for me to get away. Anyway in Newport, when I was going out there, I’d say pretty much every girl was attractive. Granted I’m getting married soon to a perfect Norwegian girl. I’ll never look at another girl again. But yea Newport Beach is the shit if you want to find someone hot.

I don’t think I’ve seen that episode butt… Nothing like a good slap in the ass in football. But you gotta watch the technique. No cupping the hand and or grabbing. Palm is okay or back of the hand. Just in case you ever decide to play haha
/r/PurplePillDebate24/05/24 09:27 PM

“If you go to a place where in that culture people slap other's asses as greetings, then you can be sure nobody will be upset if you greet them that way.” That would be a football team haha less of a greeting and more of a good job thing.

I don’t disagree. But do you not think guys usually will ask what you do more than women?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/05/24 05:43 AM

If you’re referring to “ANYONE” yea no. I’ve never heard my mom, fiancé, or girl cousins ever ask what do you do. I think it’s more of guy to guy thing. We ask what other dudes do. Not sure why but it’s a thing. As far as the script you’re talking about. I’m sure it’s annoying at some level. My mom gets annoyed with that. She would say two kids and they’re both fine. She’s really good with cutting off information. Just says I’m fine or my brother he’s fine.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/05/24 05:35 AM

Well yea that’s a fact when it comes to our intentions. I was going after them all the time. Now would I be friends with the girls I was going after? Yea sure. But it wasn’t like buddy buddy friends. More like I’ll see you when I’m around you friends. But thanks haha I’m glad I found someone too. I mean dude she is literally perfect. Perfect looking, intelligence, education, values, etc. I could go on forever. (In no particular order btw). It’s insane. I’ll never look at another girl haha ever. …
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/24 02:07 PM

My bad I missed the imo. Correct it means removing for me. Any girl I was with including my fiancé I wasn’t true friends with. Outside of a hookup or two. So maybe it’s different that way. I suppose I don’t view in from that framework. At the end maybe it works. (Plus my fiancé would just murder me if I had pictures of an ex lol). Don’t get me wrong. We’re not insecure. It’s just a matter of we don’t do that. Same minds and all. Edit: do you think guys and girls can be friends while in a relatio…
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/24 01:59 PM

I’m talking about ex girlfriends dude. Having a picture of old buddies you don’t like is cool. I do understand what you’re saying regarding an ex. I just think we’d agree to disagree. Because I just think if an arc is concluded (nice word arc btw for real) then you don’t need to see them in pictures etc. Not as in painful or anything. I just mean like who cares? And if it’s done it should be done in order to be with someone else fully. Idk. Are you a guy that still is friends with them?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/24 01:42 PM

I just wouldn’t be with a girl that had them in the first place. It’s weird dude. I don’t talk/have pictures of about anyone. Why would you want pictures of them?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/24 01:32 PM

That is true. It’s just wild to me. Especially considering you can work your ass off and lose half of it. I’m not worried because my fiancé and I don’t believe in divorce. Nor would we ever do anything bad to each other. (Cheating etc.). But observing it first hand was nuts at my law school internship. I work at a hedge fund now. But I did a JD/MBA program.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/24 07:57 PM

That is horrible. That shit sends me through the roof.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/24 07:53 PM

That’s actually interesting. I’ve never had a girl say it when I was single. But maybe they did text them. Doesn’t offend me if they did. I’ve heard some wild stories from girls about weird ass guys.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/24 07:40 PM

The issue is with the way child support and alimony is calculated. It’s stupid. Community property law is a joke. Take care of the kid sure. But paying $10,000-$50,000 or even more per month is psychotic. (Considering the fact it’s not really tracked).
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/24 07:28 PM

Copy that
/r/PurplePillDebate19/05/24 11:17 AM

Huh? What do you mean at the end there?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/05/24 09:21 AM

Dad and mom are a little over 20 years apart. They met and just hit it off. Yea I expected it for myself. I met my fiancé at the same university I went to. I’m 29 and she’s 22 almost 23. She is truly the most perfect girl ever. Would not change anything for my parents.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/05/24 09:20 AM

You know stay at home moms are not all financially dependent right?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/05/24 01:25 AM

I think it’s pretty straightforward. My fiancé deserves it. But I dated other girls before obviously. She is getting everything she ever dreamed of. I think a lot of girls that are feminine or attractive do.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/05/24 01:08 AM

No problem. To give you an idea…I’ve always picked up the hottest girls. I was just a dick.

You’re being silly you don’t think girls get rewarded for being feminine?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/24 10:36 PM

Because I just didn’t care. I never cared. I liked them because they were hot. They liked me because I’m good looking maybe. Now I’d never look at another girl again. And I’m a nice guy. But I don’t think I was nice before.

Why did I string them along?

Before I was engaged I was kind of one of those guys. Wouldn’t commit to anything until it was the perfect girl. There’s no way girls didn’t know I wasn’t going to commit. I’d say it straight up or string them along. But they knew either way. Once I met my fiancé I knew I was done for. She captured me. Game over. I’ll never look at another girl again. Edit: what’s the sunk cost fallacy? I’m guessing it means you spent too much time so screw it?

I was an investment banker——>hedge fund now. But I got a JD/MBA. For law school I had to do an internship even though I didn’t want to be a lawyer. I wanted the JD because I could use it as a back up. Anyway I did my internship at a family law firm of all places. (Easy and gave me hours where I could work outside of there). Our clients were usually rich individuals or married to them. The shit that I saw was ridiculous. The partners of the firm were charging $1,000 per hour. And they’re bulldogs…

Natürlich it’s weird as hell in Germany (don’t know if I spelled it right). Kind of similar to Scandinavians in that way. You guys are awesome though. I go to visit family there when I can. We’re from Munich/Liechtenstein originally. Came over after WWII. Totally understand. Feeling uncomfortable/guys doing it in that way is not cool. And yes we had good chemistry off the bat.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/05/24 04:52 PM

Yea no, I got it. My fiancé is Norwegian. Not so big on strangers approaching her. I saw her when I visited my old university. She was walking and I just stopped her for bullshit directions then asked her for her number. All I was getting at is that you never know if the guy might turn out to be the one. Edit: I’m not saying you’re wrong for feeling that way. I actually hate getting approached lol so I should probably eat my own words.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/05/24 04:39 PM

Hold on Pablo. You made sense until the end there. Of course the guy isn’t going to know you outside of your appearance. How would he?

I don’t disagree with that at all. But no one should live in fear. The world isn’t all evil.

100 yards is nuts dude. The farthest I’ve practiced is at 50. It was a pretty big target so nothing like a deer. I lost a few arrows over the back. I’m dead on in the 20s. But that doesn’t count lol when I get time I usually go shooting. I would like to get better with a bow though.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/05/24 03:53 PM

Definitely a passport bro for pandas /s. Although I am engaged to a foreign national technically. She’s from Norway and came over to the United States 5 years ago. If anything she’s the passport bro lol
/r/PurplePillDebate15/05/24 03:48 PM

I’d pick a panda. I actually went to China for a month and met some pandas. Not just pandas for a month haha but I traveled around China.

She was talking about looks so that’s what I addressed. We spoke before and you already know my situation and can probably garner what I value. 16 hours? I’m guessing you’re doing 9-5 math. At the end of the day every guy/girl is different. I’d rather be married to a 6 that is intelligent and the good qualities to be a mom/wife. I just held out and subsequently got captured by a 9 that has everything. The funny thing is, it’s everything else besides her looks that make her perfect in my eyes. It…

Nah dude. There’s a difference between taking an 8 home from a bar and marrying a 9 (10 doesn’t exist in my book). If you think an 8 is hot then sure. But I’m talking about only marrying a 9 and messing around with the 8s.

For guys it’s the majority. For girls less so. It also depends if you’re messing around or dating to marry.

Well then yea. By that definition it’s a patriarchal society. And yes I don’t agree it’s bad.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/24 09:58 PM

No that’s fairly normal. Plus it depends on the girl. Some girls are saving themselves for marriage so a lot of guys are not down for that. Anyway, I had a “girlfriend” in 6th grade and another in high school. But that doesn’t really count lol not the same as being in college and beyond.

Yea I would agree with that. We all grew up playing sports/outside. (I’m 29 for reference). I played video games in high school with the boys, but we still all played sports and then at 16 were partying. Anyway, your experience is pretty interesting. You’re right there is a middle ground. I was saying I was okay with middle ground too, but skewed away from being too promiscuous. So it’s my fault for not communicating clearly. I mean there’s a difference between saying it’s a bad idea and basically calling people naive and stupid. That’s why I even said anything. Anyway, the tone of this turned around at the end lol thanks and I hope you end up married and happy. Or just a happy relationship. Whatever floats your boat, you get the sentiment.

I’m being straightforward and maybe a smartass. No I didn’t plan this. No I don’t want to snap someone up and trap someone. That’s psychotic and unhinged. Not wanting a promiscuous wife is not saying I’ll only marry a virgin that has no one to compare me to. We met and she just happened to be one. Which why would you compare your past relationships to your current relationship is beyond me. That sounds unhealthy. I certainly don’t. The more people a woman sleeps with the higher the divorce. End of. You know what I meant. I don’t want a girl who slept around to be the mother of our kids. If it’s strange to you, it probably means I’m doing the right thing.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/24 11:06 AM

I disagree. I don’t believe my fiancé is incredibly stupid and naive. In fact, quite the opposite. I didn’t wait (which she knows) and I wish I did. There are far bigger things to find compatibility on that can’t be adjusted. (Unlike sex). The divorce rate is around 5% for virgins that are women. So it doesn’t seem to be a “huge” puzzle piece. I would rather take a “gamble” for her than be with anyone else. Certainly, I’d prefer a virgin over someone who slept around and now “knows what she want…

The reason I asked was because I watched a video where a woman who was forcibly raped said she would still choose the man. She seemed to think that the question/answering bear is messed up towards victims of rape by suggesting it’s better off to be dead than heal from the trauma of being raped.

Okay thanks for the answer.

I’m not a troll. I watched a video where a girl said she was forcibly raped. She said that she would choose the man. Her reasoning is that this whole question is screwed up because it’s telling victims of rape that it’s better off being dead, rather than healing from it. Edit: so I’m wondering how you reconcile with what she said.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/24 02:57 PM

I’m 29 so not exactly starting my career. But I get what you’re saying. Teachers have good schedules (I’m assuming they are the same as students). Thank you and I’m happy you think that way. It’s all possible with a positive outlook. You can’t get anywhere with all this negativity that goes on around here. Yes it’s a shame some guys don’t think that way here. But it’s not always reflective of reality. There’s plenty of guys like me out there. Just a little elusive due to working.

Because you said vacation days and I inserted what would happen with my relationship. She’s going to stay at home and wants 2-3 kids. Either way I never see that happening. I work way too much to do stuff like that. And she would never ask or do it while I’m working, or at all really. It’s not her personality. She would think it’s unfair to me and wrong for the children. We’ll both be busy and will find time to vacation all together as a family.

What kind of stay at home mom or any mom for that matter, is going to just adios on a vacation alone/with girls? If my fiancé, as my wife, did that I would think she was body snatched by aliens or losing her mind. I sure as hell wouldn’t. My mom and her mom never did that. They stayed at home, and went on vacation with their husbands and kids. It’s not about cheating. It’s just selfish/strange as fuck.

I said in another comment I’ve been grabbed and groped countless times. Especially at beach/pool clubs. It’s not just texting your girlfriend. You can be right next to her and girls will still try and pull some shit. Even friends of her friends will try and slide. Neither of us go out without each other really anymore. If your point is that guys don’t like fully natural girls that’s probably true. I don’t like hair anywhere besides her head (little tiny blonde hairs are fine). However, lasering your legs doesn’t transform you into a different person. Some girls look completely different/unidentifiable with tons of makeup. Plus it just looks bad.

Just a clarification. I was responding to his statistics with similar statistics. That’s all.

He was talking about intimate partner violence. As in a relationship.

Your stats say 30% of women experience intimate partner violence. About 1 in 3 men experienced contact sexual violence, physical violence, and/or stalking by an intimate partner during their lifetime. 97% of men who experienced rape, physical violence, or stalking by an intimate partner had only female perpetrators. https://www.cdc.gov/violenceprevention/intimatepartnerviolence/men-ipvsvandstalking.html Women also initiate over 70% non reciprocal violence. (74% when reported by men). https://www…

I agree they should do that. I’m saying it creates problems in dating for other men and mainly for themselves. They feel like they settle at the end of the day and it’s not good for their relationship. I don’t care if they’re practical or not. I never did. It was more of me sitting back and shaking my head. It will never change anyway.

The problem is some girls think they deserve way more than what they do. My fiancé deserves what I offer because of who she is and what she offers. Before I met her I ran into some truly delusional girls. Hot but lazy and vapid. They want to stay at home and do fuck all with unlimited access to your money. So yes, multiple things can matter at once. But a person needs to meet the standard too.

Saying it doesn’t matter is delusional. My fiancé wouldn’t be with me if I wasn’t who I am. I wouldn’t be with her if she wasn’t who she is. The problem is a lot of girls bat out of their league and think they deserve x guy. That’s when you start running into a lot of problems that exist today.

You called my take stupid and think South Korea is like Scandinavia………………………………….

The majority of my experience indicates that you’re wrong. Keyword: experience. Reading 4B feminist bullshit online doesn’t really count.

Those countries are not like South Korea at all. It’s a bad comparison. I mentioned more than expenses. It’s the totality of the circumstances that is driving the birth rate down.

They’re not having children because it’s too expensive. The cost of living is through the roof. Work culture is absolutely abhorrent. The education system is haywire and extremely stressful. Then you have the added fact that men are drafted putting a halt on their plans. They’re trying and failing at giving the people incentives to have children. It’s not because women decided they wanted careers.

Okay I understand now. Makes sense.

I’m lost. Why would you not want to have kids if you’re already married, intent on having children?

None of my (29) older friends and colleagues have a problem finding girls to date. They are everywhere. (Doesn’t mean they’re all marriage material). Granted I’m recently engaged, but I hear/see my friends/colleagues. We all live in either Los Angeles/NYC/London so maybe it’s your location. I will give you that it’s hard to find nice quality girls nowadays. And a lot of girls think they deserve more than what they do. To address your above comment, don’t lower your standards. Just keep searching…

He’s referring to Ancient Egyptians. Makeup has been around for a long long long time.
