I am a voice teacher. I'll try to keep this short: The body expresses the emotional state. Any work on the body should be alignment and relaxation. You don't need to strengthen your neck - it holds your head up all day just fine. This frees the body up to fully express your internal state, so even if you've done the work if you're fearful you're going to express fear. Get that abundance mentality down boys. Breathing is as easy as breathing into your balls/taint/legs - whatever image works for y…

Ditto the outdoor timing. You can google the magic hour, or golden hour and find the best times for your location. Basically the lower the sun is the warmer the light is as more blues get refracted away. Colder light (higher color temp - blue) can make you look washed out. If you're shooting indoors, avoid fluorescents (too much green and they'll make you look sickly). I dated a girl who went to an advanced HS and got accepted into Ivy Leagues, liberal highly-educated family. AWALT is true. She could never beat me in a discussion, was shocked that I knew more about feminism than she did, and had trouble with the following equation: -13.50 + 33.50 = ? Once she figured out how to deal with negatives, she came to 20.50 as the answer. WTF? I was trying to keep tracking groceries easy. Take what you spent minus what I spent, cut it in half and that's what I owe you…

It's all about breath and relaxation. Breathing deeply (think into your balls or taint) and speaking with a relaxed posture opens up your resonators and makes your voice more powerful and effortless. You need to look at the theatre world, especially Shakespeare. These people's knowledge goes much deeper than voice coaches for business. I've been an actor for years and can play in 3,000 seat houses or outdoors un-miced and without straining. The most I had to do was play three characters (Montagu…

Keep up the good work man. The only guaranteed constant in your life is you - so keep improving and you'll always be able to count on yourself. I'm not a christian anymore, but I believe this is the meaning of "it is better to give than receive" - it's better to be the source than someone who relies on the source.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
