As far as podcasts go I would highly recommend "Jocko Podcast". He has a book out called "Extreme Ownership". Very good book about leadership, the leadership mindset and the ways to do it. This former Navy Seal still gets up at 4am so he can work out and train BJJ. One of the manliest fxckin podcasts I've ever listened to. The most recent one about a man who took over a platoon in Vietnam was brutal. Highly recommend the book.

They have been doing it again but in podcast form. It's definitely not as good. They start the show b.s.'ing with each other and then they take like 2 calls. And the calls do not have to be relationship orientated.
